My last budtender was so awesome.. He helped me get my moneys worth. It was an express order. Things worked out great.. I ordered again yesterday. I got my confirmation email but then realized I ordered from the Phoenix store. Someone called me to tell what I ordered was out. I tried to tell them that my order at the Phx store needed to be canceled.. They just hung up on me. Again they called me again. They wouldn't let me explain.. They just kept pushing another strain on me then hung up on me again. Then I got an email that my whole order was just canceled.. I did like express but every time I've tried to order they don't have it.. I ended up not getting any flower at all.. The website is never current..

I always have a wonderful experience every time I come. Everyone is always helpful and nice. Weed is reasonable priced.

Upon entering this store it is very irritating to have my drivers license confiscated and not returned to me until a bud tender calls my name. Who is looking at it, how many hands does it pass through, all in this age of info being stolen for ill gain. Why do you piss off the customer for no reason! Taking my business elsewhere.

I always love coming to this store. It’s my favorite not because they’re close to me here. It’s my fav because they understand customer service and that weed should be affordable.

Nature’s is my go-to! The prices are much more affordable to me than many other dispensaries in the area. Even the $16 eighths aren’t bad, not crispy and still dense/moist. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience and will continue to shop here!

This place always cancels your online orders yet never answers the phone. Waste of time. We need to start collectives up again and kick these businesses to the curb.
