Story Cannabis - North Chandler

First visit here. Ordered ahead on Leafly. When I got home, I noticed that one container of flower was not what I ordered (swapped a sativa for a hybrid) and another container appeared to reused from a previous patient. I never received communication about swapping out the flower for another by text or by my budtender when checking out. I called back and was told a manager would call me back. No one ever called. I will not be going back to this dispensary. Plenty of others that are trustworthy and do not reuse packaging.

Been ordering through Oasis since before the name change and my only pet peeve is the pre rolls. For a while there were issues with the in house pre rolls. They fixed that. Now its these other brands like Firebrand that don't compare. Smoking their pre rolls is like trying to roll a joint in loose leaf paper and smoking it. Ridiculous. Please replace them with someone better. Their "cones" are only good for ripping apart and loading in a bowl...

I stopped in for the first time and spent some time discussing my needs with Collin L. He was knowledgeable and quite helpful. I chose 1 gm. Timeless cartridges for my "FTP" deal (Bubba Kush). The waiting room is a little small and can get crowded while waiting. But I love the reward system here. You can build up your points relatively quickly with their deals. The team here is always friendly and knowledgeable

fresh flower and really chill

This is the second time I’ve had to make a bad review, they gaslight and lie and refuse to do their jobs. A manager was telling me he was going to fix my points situation AGAIN, he said it would take 90 minutes to do so I said I’d use my points next time when he fixed them and I went online to check and they weren’t fixed. I’ keep having management issues at this location and it’s getting tiresome, I will be posting this review on all the review websites considering y’all don’t post mine lmao

I know it’s probably mandatory but I hate having my temperature taken and they don’t do that at territory and waiting out in the heat when I place the order online and it said it was ready for pick up it was a little excessive but I understand that you guys were overwhelmed with it being Friday
