Good but expensive buds but poor Customer service. They send out deals every so often to email for instance "30$ off any 145$ sale" then you get to store and they tell you sorry this cannot be used with sale items only regularly priced items". b e wary they are not honest here

The add said April 7,8,9 take $15 off all 1/8. Drove there from Maricopa on the 8th. Was told the promo was off. asked for 2- 1/8s of A.P. and no again. Only could get $17 grams. What a rip off!

Andrew is fucking fantastic. Everybody provides great service and is there to help. Best weed in the valley

I went here a year ago and got the FTP BOGO deal. A qtr out the door for like $65. I went with the highest tier. Purple Urkle and Zkittlez. That batch of Zkittlez goes down as some of THE dankest bud as far as flavor goes in 18 yrs of smoking high grade cannabis. Tasted literally identical to grape/lemon Skittles candy. Everyone who tasted it agreed. It was sticky, and extremely well flushed, with the most pungent candy terps I'd ever seen. And I've tried well over 2000 strains easy. The prices are very high here though so I haven't returned. They wanted $220 before tax for a half oz of that Zkittlez...it was so special I actually contemplated gettng one LOL. The purple Urkle was just ok, looked great but didn't have the fire grape terp taste I was hoping for as I have had much fire Purple Urkle in the past. I kept kicking myself for not getting a fully qtr of Zkittlez for my FTP deal :(

Just be very careful what they "sell you" then actually give you. Management doesn't seem to understand how to "make right" inevitable mistakes.

Great service. Friendly & knowledgeable staff provide an environment that makes you want to come back. The prices leave way too much to be desired for a return trip. I'll drive a few extra miles to pay half the price for better or equal quality. Don't bother with their up-sell product. It's the same stuff for a higher price. The don't exchange faulty products, despite the manufactures return policy. If they'd get with the program they'd have a loyal customer.

I went to this location to specifically buy an ounce of Blackberry Kush. I needed this amount. This is why I was there. They only had a half. :-( My guy grabbed all the Blackberry Kush 1/8ths in the display cases and figured this problem out!! Problem solved. Will definitely be back.

don't waste your time HWC Phoenix members - your membership is not honored at this location meaning you get the privilege of paying more money for the same bud. really HWC? your can't honor your own membership program?

Stopped by as I drove through chandler. Heard about high prices so I wasn’t shocked when I saw the stickers. Flower was meh and the service was unprofessional at best. Environment was uninviting and wouldn’t return.

As a medical patient, I paid exactly $100 more for the exact same order that I have been getting for the last year.. Talk about greedy! shameful!!!

Didn’t have the best experience today... Went in for some Dutchie pre-rolls (got GG#4) and the first one was awesome. The second part of my visit was where it got rocky. Ordered 1/2 grams of PinaRita and Strawberry Daquiri concentrates. After leaving we realized the 25% discount wasn’t applied and had to turn around to get that readjusted. Then when we got home the PinaRita wasn’t even there. Was given Skunk Haze instead. Not the best visit but I will be back

Loved the location, and the flower was very potent. Though it was my first time, i will continue to go and hope for the same result.

First time here a few days ago I picked up some top shelf bubba kush and got a 1/8 of cataract kush for free and I got some very cool jars I will be re using for my bud. But on that note the quality of the bud I got was great, the colors in both strains were very bright. the quality waas great I had a bud tender who was a little stressed it seemed like it but besides that great place looks great on the inside and the staff was very nice I will be returning for some more bud on a deal day because it's a little expensive for the top shelf ($60) 1/8th was what I was charged for 1 and got a second free, so not a terrible price.

Be careful! it is easy to spend all of your budget in one stop!.Lol.. Remain focused, if you can because you will be hypnotized by that beautifully cured flower.... I have had nothing but great encounters at Oasis, Andrew my bud tender is always on point with his customer service. See you all soon

Worst dispensary experience ever! Even when socially distancing I was going to go veiw the wall of product and got repermaded. May I mind you the station I was at was to far away being the one on the far left away from everything he constantly would say I know what we got. Unfortunately for me I was getting a cartridge so that made the choices exponential I can't just come up with a flavor off the top of my head. Very rude customer service will not be coming back.

i went here for the item 9 bogo cartridge promotion and the ftp special. otherwise, WAY too overpriced. I would never go here for flower. 60$ an eighth is too much, even their lower tiers were overpriced. I got 2 of them and it was mid at best. the budtender was pretty cool though.

I like the bud tenders and everyone on the staff is nice but the bud has fell off ever since it changed from herbal wellness you guys were one of the top dispensaries step up on the strains man.other then that good

I called to verify the first time patient special but one get one on a quarter of flower applies to aeriz and abundant organic. They receptionist sayed yes of course they just don’t do bogo on pre packed flower like grow sciences and nectar farms. So I drove out of my way 35 min each way to be told that they could only offer me bogo on their oasis in house flower. Total bullshit if you ask me. False advertisement and I even called ahead to verify that I could use it on good flower before I drove all the Way there. I won’t be returning or recommending anyone comes to a place that can’t honor what their specials say on their page.

Recreational ruined this place and now they never have good deals.
