The staff at Oasis is super great, friendly, and I enjoy my time there each visit. Jesse is exceptional and always handles my visit very quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. He remembers what I like and spends time making genuine conversation rather than asking the obvious questions and not wasting time on small talk. Thank you everyone at Oasis!

Tender was great but this was 1st time my order was wrong

I always order from home and wait until I get a notification that my order is ready. Each time I go in to pick up my order I have to wait 20+ minutes. What does “pick up” mean? That should be in and out. Yet I sit and wait behind the ppl that don’t have pick up orders. The waiting room says express window now open, yet no express anything going on here. These places are making money and service should be first. Think I may try a different location from now on.

When you place an order, you expect that the items you ordered are available when you get a confirmation. This was the second time that when I went to pick up the items at the facility that they said they were out of the items. So ordering/confirmation may be hit or miss when you actually pick up your purchase.

Got home and it was the first time they messed up my order. Ordered one type of weed and got something totally different I live like 30 miles away so I'll keep wat I got ,first time that has happened to me o well its all good

The holdover staff from Oasis are awesome, Sam, Eddie, Nicole. But the new point system is whack. I was told i would be over 500 points after a purchase during the store wide BOGO March 8. Upon my next visit i was told my points were now 455, when i was in on March 8, it was 453 and i spent close to $50 on March 8th. I still don't have the 500 points, i also asked for a manager to reach out and 2 days later, no one has. I have been a long time customer since Oasis opened. i think I'll go elsewhere. corporate weed has ruined the experience.

This place is bomb same top shelf as the other location also could pass up the FTP deal. Blueberry Vape clear is on point as well.

Spent like 200$ here yesterday. I am now the proud owner of many smooth hitting dank weeds. The product here is exceptional definitely some of the best I have seen out this far. Also my server was super cute 9/10 would smash
