I have called this place 4different times. Every time I call I can't get one cents in before putting me on hold at least 3 different times this is very unprofessional I can't even get a question in before putting me on hold 3 different times every time I call ridiculous

This is exactly why I don't go to new dispensaries for new patient specials. Your flower smells off and that is me being nice! Never again

First time at this location the vibe was just not there the flower is awesome I’d order again online but as a walk in nahh I’m ok the atmosphere doesn’t feel welcoming if that makes sense but the flowers was on point

Gave me the wrong vape pens I guess when you order online your store picks the flavor won’t be shopping at your store anymore

love this place, usually have no problems with the budtenders.. all but one, she makes me super anxious whenever I get her because I feel like im being rushed on my decision & doesn't take the time to explain certain flower strains to me. This time because of the lack of help, I got some disappointing flower..

On 420 THEIR system went down and they allowed customers to sit in line for over an hour and a half, only to tell customers that it was a DHS issue and all other dispensaries were experiencing the same problem. NOT TRUE! I left there and got the same deal at the MINT and was only in line for 10 minutes .

I shop here regularly and usually its fine but the last time I was over charged as they did not give me the sale price and it was so busy that I could not check the pricing at the counter. Always double check prices before you leave the counter even if it is an online order.

This dispensary has good quality products and a terpene bar which makes it very unique! I really do enjoy this place and going here, but to be honest I have had a few issues. For a long time I was going to the dispensary and never got the local discount because I didnt know about it and none of the budtenders told me. After hearing someone else get it I had to ask and then was told they offered it. I asked if you had to specifically bring it up at checkout to receive it and was told no, employeees are supposed to look at your zip code and automatically apply it for you. So realizing there were countless times I could have and should have saved money but didnt just because everyone kept forgetting or simply chose not to was a little frustrating. Most of the time I receive it now but there are still times they mention it at checkout but never enter it into the system so i dont receive it. On 4/20 I had some issues as well. I made an online order since I was working all day and couldn't get to a dispensary till night time. I did this so I wouldnt miss out on all the good deals and products being offered since I knew theyd be gone if I waited till i got there. Once I got to the dispensary they said they didnt have my order and due to being late, none of the stuff I wanted was there and almost everything was gone. They apologized about the mix up but it wouldve been nice if they couldve done a little something more for me and my troubles. Im not sure what but I think throwing in a discount, prerolls, etc would have been nice and doable for the mix up and missing out on all the good deals and products I was supposed to receive but didnt for no explainable reason. I still enjoy this dispensary - I simply think some service aspects could be enhanced. And if youre a patient just make sure to double check your receipts and discounts to make sure youre definitely receiving them. Also call and double check to make sure theyve gotten your leafly orders if you choose to make one just to be safe!

Drove 20 miles each way to get some muv 20 thc patches. Surprise, none in stock. This was 1st and last time shopping at this store. The stores web site had them in stock. I did not even use my FTP discount for anything. My lesson for shopping at pot shops. The nicer area of town the pot shop is located, the nicer the buying experience is. Building, staff, product choice, parking and sometime the deals.

Why is the tax so high I thought it was seventeen percent per transaction not item?

I wish the budtenders were a little bit more knowledgeable about their products and If they are not sure, I wish they would try to look into it. This use to be my go to dispensary but the past few times I’ve gone there I’ve been disappointed. This last time, I left without even purchasing anything.

Super quick service but got home and my select cart with go battery had no battery in the box. Really pissed me off.

The female security guard was rude but Crystal and Elisa were awesome and helped me save money

I like this dispensary because it’s close to home. The staff is always nice but the prices shouldn’t go up or the deals should not have went away.
