Sunburn has a 14 day limit for returns of defective products, so don’t stock up! I was refused a return of leaking vape carts under this policy. Buyer beware. I have been buying my vapes at sunburn since I got my card several years ago, mostly out of habit lately. Because now there is a competitor who has comparable prices, is more conveniently located, and has no set time limit for returns of defective products. Sunburn, stand behind your products! I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I was a long time customer! Almost since they opened as Sunburn. But tonight three employees decided they were more important than posted hours, and also decided that showing blatant disrespect to customers is good practice! Fantastic work you three! Find another store. Anywhere. Until they have competent employees who don't do the bare minimum in their entire lives, it truly is not worth dealing with. Impressively awful experience!

I've been to 5 or 6 dispensaries in jax florida and they all put off different vibes for sure. Sundown has some of the coolest chill employees I've encountered and they're def a group that loves to have fun and make your experience as chill as possible. The product they deliver is 100% in a league of its own compared to other places. THIS is the dispensary that's going to remind you that what you've been getting are actually mids. This was my first time visiting the sunburn 5 points location. The gummies taste great, and my budtender Kubra was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about all products. Will definitely be back! 👍💯

Had been wanting to check out sunburn for a while and finally stopped in. Upon arriving Kubra welcomed me and walked me through the process of ordering. She was so helpful and gave me a run down of all the AMAZING deals they have. If you’re a first timer or frequent visitor of dispensers I’d highly recommend you check them out! Kubra will take great care of you!

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing! The process was smooth as can be. Most importantly the products was definitely made with love and quality. Smooth sessions with zero harshness at least for me. This is my go to spot now!
