I go out of my way to this location because the staff is so great.

The staff are wonderful. They work hard to help you find the appropriate medicine. The product is good quality. My only gripe, which is just a problem with PA being so new to the program, is the prices.

Absolutely love the helpful and knowledgeable staff. All my question answered and I left feeling very comfortable.

The overall experience at Cresco Yeltrah is top notch. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The product selection keeps growing & it's nice that it's online now. I will definitely be back!

Great staff that go out of their way to inform and help. Early going products are very expensive and wait times can be an hour or more. Their products are good quality with good accompaniment of lab and other details. Again, staff are fantastic.

Extremely professional and helpful staff! There was a line at opening time on a Friday. The security guy said after lunch is usually clear. A decent selection, but I thought the edibles were limited. The prices seemed a little high, but I can only compare to other states. Overall it is a solid dispensary and the closest one at this time. Being halfway between Butler and Pittsburgh, I’ll probably go to the city location next time. They have a wider selection.

Very pricey! Almost double the cost of other states. Not a large variety of product. There is a total 22 strains. All of which have a low CBD percentage. First visit was less than an hour. I did feel pressured into buying a strain that was not the best fit for my disease. Then you leave with your little brown bag out the side door.

First time visit was great and they are all very nice and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the product. Wish it wasn’t so expensive I will would stop more often.

CY Butler used to be my favorite dispensary. I still love the staff, but they have been extremely slacking on getting products and I'm not even referring to flower because I know there's a state wide shortage right now. CY Butler used to be the first ones to get new shipments and they always had a big selection. There's no reason as to why they can't get more products in. They just totally stopped caring at making that place great. This used to be the closest dispensary, but as of yesterday I have one in my town now so I don't know how much I'll get around to going to CY Butler. it's a shame I really liked that place.

Butler has surprised me with amazing staff, considering the town is not so friendly. I wish I could remember all the names, but so many are very personable and friendly it makes the process oh so very easy. The one name I've managed to remember is Michelle, who ALWAYS catches deals for me and has the best humor and laugh, it just makes me smile and happy with my experience. Theres a very good looking spiked haired gentleman as well, Both are professional and kindly and just have a gentle and fun aura that I truly enjoy. Whatever they're doing at butler, keep it up! I just wish they'd refuse the mask mandates as true Americans SHOULD.

Parking could be better, other than that, no real complaints here! Great staff, they even remember the regulars and know how often or rare they can get in! Wish supply would start meeting with demand! Highly recommend!
