I’d say I regularly shop at this Sunnyside and I love everyone that works there. However there’s this one guy (I believe his name is Vinny?) who every time I am in there I can just tell he’s miserable. He never would have a smile on his face when the employees weren’t required to wear masks. If he was at the front checking ID’s or working a register, he was always very short with responses with a lot of sighs. Today was one of those days where nothing was different. I’m waiting in line, dreading seeing that he might be helping me with my order, sure enough he was. His groans and shortness with small talk came to no surprise. Instead of handing me back my ID and change he threw it on the counter. I felt very rushed by him. My order for some reason didn’t come with a bag?He also had his mask so low that his mouth was exposed. Normally I don’t say anything, but I have a family member at home who has recently been diagnosed as being immune compromised.

Sunnyside would not honor your online price and tried charging me full price to which I refused to pay. This was unprofessional and they did nothing to resolve the matter appropriately

I've been purchasing from Sunnyside Naperville for a few months now and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I love the clean/ organized retail space, easy access location, and most of all the team members! This dispensary runs more efficiently than others I've experienced in the area. Angelica has helped me several times, she is so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I had some questions I’d been embarrassed to ask, and she made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. Everyone who works here is awesome.

love the ease of online ordering & pick up. Tax estimate is accurate, I bring first time shoppers here because they have people off to the side to help with newbies / inquisitive people to help answer product questions & order as well. If you know what you want a head of time, you can head straight to the checkout. The atmosphere is huge & clean. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable when I come in. It's a very inclusive location. :)

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the friendliest host. Super easy to order online! Amazing selection, very clean and professional, very fast! Never as busy as other dispensaries I've been too. I'm kinda new to this whole thing but Sunnyside made me feel welcome, comfortable, and almost like family! A HUGE thank you to Jimmy who helped me out with my gummies today! Jimmy's the man! He'll start talking to you like you've been his long-time friend! I left the store with a BIG smile today. First time in a dispensary and Don at the Naperville location was amazing, upbeat, and a overall funny dude. Will Definitely be visiting again!!

Of all the dispensaries in Fox Valley, this is by far the best. They're new to the area, and already set the bar for atmosphere and service. I am a newer, though not quite newbie, middle-aged consumer. I found the staff to be exceptionally patient, and informative. I left with 29.5g of glorious cannabis and some helpful tips!

Service here is amazing! Selection/options are amazing! Prices are amazing! And quality is amazing! I've been here twice now and Santana (I hope I spelled that right) was so friendly and made the checkout process fun. Roy enjoyed was who I worked with the second time and he gave me a great recommendation and was also super nice! I highly reccoment this place!

I smoke for severe anxiety/sleep aid & am really excited this place just opened up! Placed an order online after work and drove 8mins to this place. Walked in to a huge bright beautiful store w/ a ton of friendly people ready to help me out & answer questions. Vinny checked me out & made me feel super comfortable and welcome. I don’t have the easiest time in social situations or being in public these days so I really appreciate the chill experience I just had & am excited to go back. Especially stoked they carry Orange Herijuana flower and the CBN/CBD/THC patches (OH is hard to find in flower form around here).

I snuck in last second without knowing you needed to order online first. Registered, ordered, picked up, and left in 6 minutes. Vin helped me and his vibe was as if I was the 1st customer of the day, not the last degenerate in the door. Very pleased.

I have gotten spilled concentrate from these guys Cresco products 2 gram containers were more than half has been spilled, and they do not give a crap. Not even a sorry about that. Their response to me was maybe I should buy a different type of concentrate lmfa place is a joke!!!
