Only dispensary I know that has limits. No advanced notice about limits. Terrible parking.

I like the environment and the specialist are very knowledgeable and helpful. The products are quality, I would 100% recommend this dispensary to others!

I just received my medical card, and this was the first and only place I’ve visited so far. It was such a great experience! I was nervous walking in. I felt like I was going into a jail, but once I got through the two locked doors; it was calm, welcoming,and very clean! The woman who waited on me was friendly, and very informative! I didn’t really have to ask any questions.

CY Pittsburgh was the first dispensary I tried when I got my medical card a few years ago. I’ve been shopping there regularly, but today was not a good experience. I placed my order for their stock up and save” sale after closing yesterday to pick up today, as I do routinely with their sales, but was denied the advertised discount at pickup. This has never happened before, and while the team was very kind, there was no resolution whatsoever. Illness is expensive, and to offer discounts without CLEARLY stating the parameters is misleading. The staff agreed and even stated that others had been in to pick up their orders today expecting a certain budgeted price, but we’re told the discount was not applicable. People who are dealing with chronic illness have enough to advocate for, this issue should not be one of them.

Great selection, especially of accessories! The process getting in is kind of complicated and parking is difficult but it's the strip and that's how it be so I get it. Overall, staff was very helpful and informative!

The line stacks up and it doesn't seem that the staff cares if it backs up. I don't understand pre-ordering and getting a text that your order is ready for pickup but when you arrive the folks in the back have in fact not gathered your order up. I've literally seen three people on register with a line to the door then one staff member leaves and goes on break without being replaced with a line to the door. They are the only dispensary in PGH that make u show your id twice which isn't necessary, they also don't put terp percentage online or allow u to touch the jar in store till you purchase it. Most of the people I know refer to it as the Nazi dispensary with all the locking doors and poor service.
