Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Framingham

Not a great visit…I felt like was duped making this visit. This place advertised as a new company with the new name, Sunnyside. Great! Then it tells you to register as a NEW customer on their new website to place my order. Done. So when I go in to pick up my order, I was denied the new discount tiers that they advertised. And the reason WAS I used my discounts with the old company already??? I was in a trance, like wtf…am I tripping that hard. You guys are a new company, new name, new tax ID etc… what does the old company has to do with me???Awlful business tactics, the old bait n switch…

Scam artists that sell garbage bait and switch tactics just called to try and remedy my situation regarding worthless product and was told that a full refund couldn't be given If Any product was smoked. How is anyone supposed to figure out your product is useless garbage without trying it. This place is a pathetic excuse for a medical dispensary avoid it at all costs or you are just wasting your money.

These pre rolls are pricey, BUT there worth it!!! My gawd! What a luxury smoking session. It burns absolutely perfect, zero canoeing ! U can lightly toke this and not loose much product at all, the oil resin added slows the burn down but it's a consistent burn - like every bit is lightly coated in concentrate oil. Flavor is like smoking candy, EXPANDs in the LUNGS 🫁 BIG TIME!. ! The perfect rolling and packing job with this posh ceramic filter!! The filter is so luxury and it helps expansion the smoke and you get a some added "glass pipe" action ☺️. I am getting more of these!! I also want ceramic filter tip pre rolls, are they sold in bulk? . Man there so nice

I have been a customer of Cultivate since they originally opened. I have always had a wonderful experiences. I thought the product was fantastic and the staff was amazing. Ever since it has switched over to Sunnyside it has been nothing but a nightmare. They are almost always out of the product that I order. The new staff is not nearly as pleasant. Every single time I have tried to enter the store I have had to wait in extremely long lines.other people who have medical are free to go in front of me when I've been out in the cold for 20 minutes waiting to pick up a joint which I took the time to pre-order so I would not have to wait. That is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Not only have you lost me as a customer but every single person I know will no longer go there and we will be recommending garden remedies to anyone who asks. They have their shit together you guys should contact them if you would like to find out how to effectively run a business.

Your ad says 38.666 thc. They had no such product. In mass thats called bait and switch. Thats a crime in mass has been for years.
