Sold my 67 year old uncle MOLD!!! he went in and told them all the strains he got tasted like Mold, they inspected the weed and told him sorry NO refunds! i do not recommed sunnyside to anyone

A friend took me here and I am so glad they did! This company appears to have a policy priority to educate patients about their products & most effective use. The store is immaculate, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find the biggest bang for my buck. Will return!

Amber helped me and was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the products, cannabis in general, and it was easy for her to hone in on exactly the type of terpenes to look for based on the characteristics I described. Im extremely happy with her guidance on selections. As far as the dispensary in general, it's easily my favorite so far having tried gummies and a few flavors of live resin vape cartridges.

Ryan has been super helpful as well as each of the other team members I’ve encountered at Sunnyside Lutz! I happened to be in the neighborhood one day and stopped by on a whim. I’ve been going there ever since despite the 25 min drive and closer dispensaries nearby my home. I love the gummies and flower choices and clean, bright cheerful relaxed vibe inside. Way to go!!

Lutz Sunnyside is my absolute favorite dispensary. All the products I have tried have been excellent. The lutz store is the only dispensary I go to at this point because the staff is incredible. Every single employee there is welcoming, helpful, and patient. Whether I place an order online or walk in, the staff is always great. Their reccomendations on products have always been spot on for my needs.

Ryan and Chris were awesome! They really went above and beyond to help me find product that was right for me. I learned a lot today and I'm an experienced cannabis user (36 years.) Sunnyside is the only dispensary that I have been to that has knowledge of CBG, a cannabinoid that is good for my conditions. I was able to find a strain that was CBG rich both in flour and concentrate. I will be back!

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

The best medical dispensary I have been to hands down! Amber was amazing with product knowledge and recommendations, but the customer service I received was rare!!!!! The most polite person I have met in awhile!!!!! As for product, Lemon Freeze Pop flower is some tasty, smooth flower! Very cerebral and their gummies are on point!

First time and last time... Received the shuffle from the girl who did my order. Also it was like pulling teeth. I ordered, received the okay to pickup, then when I went in, WOW, I ordered She took 14 grams at 50 Bucks and shuffled them into 7 grams for 27.50. So I didn't get my 14 grams at 50. She ended up raising the prices, costed me over 50 for 14 grams. When I questioned her, She said if I don't like the way she does things, I can return them. She charged me before she shuffled the products. This is not a place I will continue to go to. Needs better service reps who don't mess with the products (orders) or try to make an extra 3 dollars. Maybe better training. Maybe it's being pocketed, 3 dollars times 50 orders???? Signed, Disappointed

The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Products never disappoint! Overall I would rate them a 12 on a scale of 10 !!!!
