Ive been a loyal customer here since this dispense opened. But the first chance they get, they sell my confirmed online order out from under me. Im very disappointed. I sure did like everyone here. Except for being lied to about why this happend, by the yahoo who called me, and by the weirdo I chatted the issue to. I wont be coming here anymore. 🙄

The staff at Surterra are awesome. Very knowledgeable and not a sales pitch. They direct the information to your specific needs. The atmosphere is probably the best as it is very welcoming and home like. The quality of their products are very good but not the absolute best. However, it is very consistent as well.

I love the dream gels .Dispensary pretty pricey but for great sleep worth it .Staff are always amazing.

Wonderful staff ! Products online are always up to date ! Very fast with pickup orders. I’m really loving all their new products ! The cakesz flower is amazing!

I wonder if they work on commission? The girl got very upset when I asked her that when they're why. I highly recommend nobody use that location or the staff and trust them. they are only looking out for the company and not the customer's best interest.

They raise prices based on thc, one day a strain is 25 dollars and the next it's 50 dollars just because the thc goes up 2 percent. There are cheaper and better stores in town. I'm done going here.
