Bryce was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product. He was friendly and went out of his way to answer questions and help me. This place is great. Safe, clean, and runs smoothly.

This place was awesome everybody was friendly and they had good deals. However I must have had a new employee, Chad wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable about his product. It was my first time using a dispensary. I was highly confused and unfortunately Chad wasn't much help. He wasn't rude, he just seem to be more concerned about his conversation with the budtender standing next to him then helping me. So Chad may need a bit more training on customer service. My husband has been a long-time customer of this place and enjoys coming here. I think I just had a bad experience. Hopefully today

This is the only place I shop for my medical marijuana and tummy gummies. your staff is awesome and no matter who I get seems like they're all able to help me and steer me in the right way and give me the best deal for my dollar

My wife recommended this place to a friend, because it was in the area where she was going to see a concert. She bought two pre-rolls and one was empty. She went back and then they interrogated her and refused to make it right. When we called, they were super rude. Wouldn't give us any information would not give us their name and told us to screw off, and hung up on us. such a rip off, absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Highly recommend buying your stuff in the valley before you go up north or they will rip you off. Never had this happen before in the valley and lesson learned. Wonder how many other they are ripping off.
