Sweet Jane - Gig Harbor

The customer service at this retailer just plain SUCKS! I had an issue with the gram of extract I spent $30 on. The issue was when I opened the package the dab leaked all over and could not be seen until it was opened. It was a mess.. I called in to speak with someone about an exchange of product. They basically said I caused the leak by leaving it in my car for the day, I just bought it within 10 minutes. of the call, They refused to help and said it was my issue and needed to take it up with the vendor. I now drive past them to way better options in Port Orchard or Belfair to the Root Cellar, great customer service at the Root Cellar

Great people great vibe but not a great "medical" store didnt have any consultants in and, that makes things quite difficult for medical patients. Why wait for a day that a consultant is in, when people can go somewhere that takes care of their medical patient's better and more effectively dissapointed so far

They have a wide selection of products and always service with a smile. They always take great care of me 🙂

From the first moment I found out there was a dispensary in the Harbor I was seriously happy that I no longer had to go to Tacoma and pay for the toll. Once I came through the door for the first time I was very happy with everyone who works here. I know my fair share about the different strains out there so when I come in I like to see how much they know and so far everyone I've talked to is very knowledgeable about everything they are selling and best of all everyone there is always pleasant to deal with. Even if there was multiple other local dispensaries in the Harbor this one would still be the best.

Best place to get help on choosing the right strains, and I always stop when on the KP (and I get my mmj authorization card done here as well)

Overall I'm very happy with their selection, and the deals they have as well. The only qualm is the low quantity of some of their prerolls. I usually never get the same thing twice, which sometimes is exactly what I need. That being said trying new things hasn't led me wrong yet...

Great strains at a great price. You can't beat that. I bought an ounce of beautiful Super Lemon Haze there. LOOK OUT for the dude who works there that must smoke half of there product. I don't want to eat anyone out. He has an interesting voice. Other than that love you guys.

Overall a decent dispensary. It was my first time in here because I'm new to the area and wasn't sure what their inventory was like. They seemed annoyed to answer my questions and seemed like they were trying to rush me out. (It was busy outside after I got there so fine I guess) I asked if they heard of a certain grower from Oregon (just a yes/no to see if they knew the quality I was talking about) and he just said "we don't sell that brand or any from oregon" like yes I know, I only asked if you HEARD bc that's where I'm from and don't know ANY Washington brands yet. It just made me feel stupid and he got an attitude with me after that and I think I just won't come back bc I feel like I annoyed them just with my presence. Good bud tho.
