This is my normal place to shop at but the last batch of bud that I got, I've been finding hairs in the bud with I grind up the bud. The bud I get from here is always fire though.

Never will I return to this location they let 5 med to 1 rec so you will wait in a 2hour line to be brought inside to wait longer then into the back to wait more for them to not suggest or provide any feedback or product to buy just poor service and when you get there they make you do an online order I said I will when I get closer I might not wait and he insisted I had to do it now or not at all

It’s crazy I’ve come here multiple times and the “express” line makes me wait in line because the “express lady” is on lunch or the “window is closed” an hour and a half before you actually close. Making me wait in this line vs using the window just takes more time in your line and a less efficient business.

Came in after work because I ran out of medicine and there was this short bald guy who was just walking around chatting with his friends walking around like a turtle like no one was waiting for him to do his damn job making everyone in his line wait forever for service!!

Are you guys in the business of stealing people's money?? I paid $130 for what was supposed to be 14g of Monkey Grease... it was all bottom nugs. It is not advertised as such nor was it disclosed upon purchase. AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! SOME OF US REALLY FO HAVE ILLNESSES AND DEPEND ON THIS SHIT!!! YOU GUYS ARE THIEVES

I got some Florida crystals shatter and it says 92% thc and its literally taking me 4 hits to get high. This is NOT 94% thc. Very upset right now.

Always has the best deals

This place has gotten much better in recent months and I have not had any negative experiences as of late. Their daily deals on concentrates weekly are great. To the person below complaining about the "Florida Crystal's" Shatter: I got that same shatter and it was probably the best in house concentrate I've gotten in a long time. Very flavorful, potent and stoney. Definitely was 92%. If you are having problems getting stoned maybe you should take a break for a few days and revisit. I've never seen so many self-righteous comments in my life, its laughable. People need to grow up. Thanks Curaleaf. The improvements are being made and it shows.

budtender was kind. security just kinda stared at people, didn’t talk to anyone except to tell them to move.

I bought a 30 dollar infused pre roll and when I sparked it all the weed fell out of the pre roll. I’ve never seen this happen before but I just wasted a 30 on trash

Horrible customer service couldn't find my order hour after it was ready. Told me it was canceled but it wasn't until they closed. Refused to listen to what I wanted.

I ordered on my lunch and needed to get back to work. The staff was so helpful in getting my order prepped and ready, which it was not. I explained to the lady upfront and she got my order, pulled me out of line and I was at the window paying. Thank u management

Can’t send people notification when the online order is canceled when it was done a long time ago

they're knowledgeable fast and every time I go in it's the same people that says a lot about a business when you have the same employees and there's not a great turnover and says a lot
