The worst customer service . Scroll thru and the comments speak for themselves .STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE . There are lots of friendly trustworthy dispensaries out there . Curaleaf is NOT one of them . Try mint on bell just down the road great deals and honest friendly employees . You won’t regret it.

Not at all a good dispensary.. they don't know what they are talking about when it comes to concentrates.. not even the leads , they come over and make the problem worse.

I recently got my card so i am new to using dispensaries. I visited the location on 19th and bell and was very impressed. Ryan was my budtender and was vey patient and knowledgeable. He helped explain all the various methods of use and helped me choose strains specific to what I needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Swell-icious. Never going to give you up. Never going to let you down.

swell farmacy is in a very great location the customer service people very awesome they help you find the right budgie looking for and they take care of their people I recommend this place to everyone

Stopped in yesterday they didn’t have anything I asked for they were very low on product. No flower besides the mid tier and top tier. Bought a mid tier eighth for 40$ which is outrageous due to how low the quality of the weed was. The og lush was a horrible buy and for the price like I think I might never go back!

morning/afternoon crew is a delight. they are knowledgeable and I have nothing but good things to say about the daily text alerts. Mike F. approved .... plus curly hair counter guy is super easy to look at haha

terrible concentrates

I placed an order online for 3 items. All the same product/brand. Deal they had was 20% off all regular items for medical patients. I go to pick up to be told that they won’t apply it to the third item even though online says that and they applied it to the other 2 items(again same product and all.) I call to speak with a manager and left my info. No call back. Call again and just keep being told they are with someone and they will call back. Apparently Curaleaf wants to rip medical patients off, and not return calls. Very bad business. I’ve already reported to BBB and the corporate office. Will not ever shop here again.

Terrible online service doesnt matter if you wait an hour or two, they won't your order packed. Wait inside is twice the time. Only go here due to the convenience of location

all of the flower that comes out of Black Canyon City has been sprayed with bloom, this is not necessary and not healthy for my body!! why can't anybody Just Produce some quality smoke and leave it at that without trying to put their own special Twist on it!!!!!

I want to thank Curaleaf Bell Rd for cancelling my order while i was halfway there. Walking btw. No idea why it got canceled but it did. Not impressed AT ALL!!!!!

Placed an online order, ready , go to pick it up and told " yes it's ready but you have to stand outside for 1 hour to get it. When I was young and healthy this would not be a problem at 103 degrees but not for a 67 year old disabled person. They should have let me know when confirmed order,I just left it there and went to another dispensary. Vinny

Good place. My one issue is price. As with most other places prices have gone up significantly since recreational came to be. Its not more expensive to grow, it may have cost some money to get set up for recreational but at the same time, your customer base just exploded. While not the worst offender by far, its still something I dont like seeing. I was medical for years and the prices were far better. Outside of the initial year, where same situation. Everyone at that point also highly overpriced products. Jumping product prices on top of the tax is going to just send people to the street, especially with the lack of any real risk of getting in trouble.
