Worst waits in PHX. I get skipped just about every time I come here. People that come in after me get called in before me...their waiting room feels like a DMV. Keep trying to give them a chance but I think this is my last time here. A lot of better alternatives in the area

I bought a 1/8 of the Lemon Brûle and found seeds in the the flower. When I asked the bud tender about the flowers she was clueless.. don't buy the The Sunday Goods flower..

needs improvement. check your order. I ordered cherry tang and got home to have SF OG. Called in all I was told by the lady that answered the phone was,"I'll tell them to look closer". Nope to many other choices this is why I stopped going to swell after they branched out.

I ordered online thinking it would be faster. After one hour I called and asked for an update, the gentleman said it would be about twenty more minutes. I waited and decided to just drive there. I went in and got what I wanted instantly with no wait. Online orders are a joke if it remains like this. How hard is it to put four cart boxes in a bag for an online order. I am unsure if I will trust their online ordering any longer as this has not been the first time. Kinda sad.

Decent shop and product but never seems to be staffed on busy times. Online orders shouldn’t take over 3 hours. Budtenders are nice minus the one who came back from a long lunch freshly baked and stunk up store more than normal. Staff better on sale days or Fridays.

all of the flower that comes out of Black Canyon City has been sprayed with bloom, this is not necessary and not healthy for my body!! why can't anybody Just Produce some quality smoke and leave it at that without trying to put their own special Twist on it!!!!!

So glad I read the reviews today! Curaleaf Bell used to be the closest dispo for this patient, but now there are 2 others! Curaleaf is here for the monies! Cutting patient 30% off without warning, thanks but no thanks. Med patience should be treated better!!! We need this to keep us going, Rec just wants to be high, I just want pain relief. But I can no longer afford it at Curaleaf. Maybe with these reviews Curaleaf will remember who got them started! Take care of your patience!!

Stopped in yesterday they didn’t have anything I asked for they were very low on product. No flower besides the mid tier and top tier. Bought a mid tier eighth for 40$ which is outrageous due to how low the quality of the weed was. The og lush was a horrible buy and for the price like I think I might never go back!

service sucks and if u ordered a pick up you might as well just go in because your gonna watch everyone else get served first. it would be one thing if they were cheap prices but they're overpriced with terrible service this is the last time I will go to this place.

It baffles me when I see "The weed is too dry". It's not. Cannabis is supposed to be dried so it can be cured properly. There is no public awareness when it comes to proper drying, curing and most importantly storage of cannabis and what goes into the production of the final product. If weed isn't handled properly it can lead to potential health risks that most people don't worry about. I'd rather have dry weed than wet weed. Mason jars kept out of the sun and in room temperature is the best way to store and keep cannabinoids/terpinoids from oxidizing and keep weed fresh. Jars will allow your medication to sweat and rehydrate the buds through atmospheric perspiration restoring terp profiles and enhancing potency. A bic lighter burns at over a 1000 degrees and marijuana starts to combust at around 480 degrees thus destroying important medical properties in the process. Figuring out the most effective and efficient delivery system is vital to achieving a pleasant experience with cannabis. Cannabis is not a drug as it not supposed to be burned or smoked, It is an herb and it is to be ingested or infused with food thus cannabis being too dry IS all too IRRELEVANT and just another thing for the non patient to complain about.
