First thing I notice when I walked in was how clean the despencery was. Sandy was super nice and friendly. Gave me the break down of being a 1st timer. Would come here again Meds look amazing too

Placed an order online. Received confirmation that order was received and a follow-up email would be sent when ready to pick up. After over two hours of waiting I called the local location and was told that when they are really busy the emails don’t get sent. Woman on phone confirmed order was ready to pick up. When I got to the dispensary the order was not ready and no one had started preparing it. Not sure I’ll go back.

( BUYER BEWARE) This is not the first time I come to this dispensary I came here multiple times and this will be the last. This dispensary takes over an hour just to get your online order. ( Even before the corona situation) I noticed a couple times where I ordered and eighth and went home and weighted it out and it would be short. I ordered a 3.5g and got a 3.1g or a 3.2g . I spend 40$ on it and expect to get what I pay for. I work hard for my money. Unlike the workers at Curaleaf. They also ( on my last visit to them) forgot one of the timeless carts in my order and charged me for it. So now I had to inconvenience myself and turn back around and go get it.

Damn guys.....raising your prices during a pandemic that's harsh. You have lost my business. I'll miss your faces, all the workers rock for sure but I can find cheaper wax. Sorry corporate screwed us as patients.

I absolutely love this place even when they started accepting rec patients there process was still fast and it's never a long wait time never. Everytime I purchase a product here it's quality and you can definitely see and smell and taste quality here. wouldn't recommend any other dispensary but this one. I always get great customer service everytime even when I see new employees they are very nice. thanks for being great !

The online ordering is great. Sometimes I feel pressured to buy more or use my debit card so they can get a tip or just more money. That sucks ...but I guess it just a business . Good times

Came here today for the first time, and my budtender was super knowledgeable. Told me stuff I didn't know-which is nice! The CFOG is tastey, nice high. Would buy again.

Girl that helped me acted super disappointed to grab my guard. I could see her through the glass where I was sitting. Then she lied through her teeth about the quality of what I was looking at and stuck me with it. I got a really bad vibe and wont return after giving this place plenty of chances. She should be fired.

love the quality of product here but i would also like if you guys stopped shorting me when i purchase pre packaged grams and they come out to .9 and you guys are charging 12$ plus tax a gram...not cool.

Great place. Will be back. Wait is not to bad. Great happy hour. Will be back for the $6 grams and $3 pre rolls. GG #4 is very good.

So I have been coming here since it first opened as Swell a few years ago. What made me give a review was the way I was treated when I won a free prize from Baked Bros. It took me 3 weeks to get back to this side of town but the message I got about picking up the prize said at my convince come on in. So I tell the counter guy and he gets the manager who starts in with how long ago and stuff. He then tells me it's not convenient for him and that's it. No I'll see if we can get it for you or even a sorry. Instead he made me feel like I did something wrong. This was the WORST experience in ANY dispensary thanks for nothing.

Im a member at Curaleaf but I will never step foot into the camelback location again in my life I pre ordered they filled my pre ordered incorrectly with half of what I ordered on there daily special... I understand there is a lot going on but I got a text message saying my full order was fulfilled when I get there I wasn’t drove 45 minutes a waste of time spoke to a non Helpful Manager Joshua T who said he could not do anything about his employee mistake .. this has happen at 3 other Curaleaf before and the managers always compensate or say will will do this or you but Joshua T was rude not helpful made me act very non professional .. then another store rep who wasn’t a manager felt the need to chime in on the issue only making an angry customer more upset .. way to go Curaleaf camelback Joshua T and his after noon shit are a joke i will stick to my regular cura leaf locations
