Turrrrrible flower. Wasted 45 minutes driving to check this place out. Don't bother if you're a flower consumer.
I don’t quite know what is up with dispensary location. To start with, the menu on Leafly greatly differs with what the actual dispensary has to offer. For example I ordered specific iLava carts which are 50% off. I ordered on Leafly two different strains of carts. I called the dispensary to ask about the special deal and they were completely clueless. I show up to pick up my online order and only then was I informed they only had watermelon left. Never gave me a FYI that they did not have the carts I ordered in an email like Swell brand would send me. I could go on and on with this seemingly incompetent dispensary. Very dissapointed as I have been a frequent visitor here. Seems like people have their heads up their asses lately.

The budtenders at this location are so nice and helpful, and they carry a good selection and constantly have good deals going. I'm definitely coming back.
Super inconsistent pricing on buds goes from 30% discount to 20% discount then no discount. Just today I was told my total was $47 and upon reviewing the receipt the charge was $39... Not sure what's going on there. The quality of the product also fluctuates from really good to dried out buds that have clearly been sitting around a while. This place has a lot of potential but they are going thru some serious growing pains with the Recreational rollout.
I have used this dispensary for several years. Lately the budtenders tend to stand around in groups and make people wait for no apparent reason. Management must be abysmal since they could easily have the same productivity without everyone standing around. There are better dispensaries now that actually want to do business and help people.
Just so everyone knows the prerolls you buy from any Curaleaf are more stem than actual bud. We take all the keif and good stuff out in three sifting processes then all that’s left stems shit buds get super ground up. Oh we can still see stems? Grind it up some more.
Now you guys are dropping 20% off medical? Such a Walmart company. They don’t care about their employees or customers.
Go support local dispensaries that are actually having better deals now even when you guys were offering the 20%.

Staff and location is great . But your guys qualitys on flowers is and has become horrible because of pre packaging . It's so dry but the time I smoke it and its potency lost, the original swell is doing it right with the jars it's more potent and it's fresh . I would highly take into consideration of changing your pre packaged flowers to jar method.

Like that this place is in my neighborhood, however staff was not well educated on their products especially on THC/CBD ratios, strains and topicals. I know they just opened and will give them a chance to educate themselves but they should at least have some general knowledge. Many buds they had were mostly pea sized which was a let down.
The lady at the front desk didnt apply the 20% discount to my order she gave some excuse as of why but it didn't make sense since every other curaleaf I've been to does apply the 20% off

Swell on Camelback is a go to dispensary for me, very helpful employees, great quality and quantity of products, plus they're always relatively quick from entry to exit.

This dispensary turned me away for having my infant son in a backpack carry in my Tula. I've never been turned away before. This is my medicine and they prevented me as a self employed mother with no babysitter from getting my medicine!

Terrible flower. Top shelf PB and J is dry as a bone dawg. No smell when breaking it up even. Hay is for horses not for Ashley's lungs!

Definitely will not be getting my service again. no customer service. and no where on the website or posted in the store children not allowed to wait in the lobby or during express orders. first time visit since Curaleaf opened

Friendliest security guard and workers I've ever dealt with! Wax might be a lil expensive, but they have the cheapest pre-rolls in town and their weeds gotten a whole lot better!

Horrible service for the 3rd time in a row.
No manager, an hour wait to pick up online order, they don’t give a shit about medical patients. Not coming here ever again, plenty of other and better organised dispensaries in the area.
Omg their preorder is terrible. Preorder all the time and when it takes to long I'll just make a order at midtown... Surprisingly it always comes thru before camelback.... Normally gets cancel if it takes to long so
At camelback, I move to another location. Of course they go finish up the order 2 3 hours later.... Sorry already smoking lol keep it. Oh funny part , ive preorder waited 30mins to go stand in line and get my order before they say its done... Its even been sitting there before and comments were made. Oh well tho enough dispensaries around.
Placed online order. They bagged the wrong item and tried to charge 3x the price. Took them 30 minutes and a threat to call weights and measures before they actually got their heads out of their ass and found the item I actually ordered.
11/15, basically got robbed by Curaleaf. Placed a preorder for shatter and 500 mg carts. Was charged for 1000 mg carts, and when I addressed the issue was told there was nothing they could do except add points to my account. The manager told me it was my fault since I didn’t listen to the bud tender, but the bud tender only read me the flavors of the carts, not the size. Obviously the employee made a mistake and mistakes happen, but I feel as if the manager did not do enough to rectify the mistake that was solely the business fault. Also told me it was too late to do the return even though I didn’t even leave the building. Probably will be back to drain my loyalty points and then never again.
