Swell is one of the better dispensaries on this side of town. After only going to yilo for a year it's hard to find reasonably priced flower in Phoenix. Be diligent on your 3 visit discounts (yes you get discounts your first three visits!) because I only got a discount my first visit. for the most part you can always find a deal that works for you. If not, 20 dollar pre roll packs cant do you wrong. Sign up for text alerts, don't use the ATM for account balances (your bank gets charged if its BofA) and have a swell time!

The flower quality is amazing and staff is great ... BUTTT do not do online order with this location 4 out of 5 times I have ordered 1.5 hours in advance and upon arriving informed they never started it, so I wait patiently to receive my flower and when I get home 5 times out of time the flower has been absolute garbage it’s dry full of shake and stems very disappointed.. I’ve learned my lesson endure the lobby wait and do not order online. See the flower yourself I literally just threw an eighth of Prometheus away it was total shit. Which sucks cause I went into the store to see the new stock the day previous and the Prometheus was absolute gorgeous fragrant and a great smoke( hence why I ordered online the very next day) but again threw the second eighth away and will never pre order again

I absolutely LOVE this swell location, nick has helped me quite a few times and is always awesome!!! I had to wait awhile in the waiting room and he hooked it up with a free pre roll 🤘🏼 these are my kind of people! Great flower and edibles, will always come back

Horrible customer service. I drove 45 mins to this location to use my BOGO after being told I could at the other locations. When I arrived they treated me like a new patient but no special??? The manager was very condesending and rude about it too. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I drove an hour to purchase the strains I spent time researching for my medical problems. The employee told me over the phone I could use my first patient bogo on any brand concentrate up to an eigth. I checked multiple times so not to waste my time driving over an hour to swell. once I arrived they very rudely told me that I could only buy swell brand concentrate. The budtender was uninterested and not concerned whatsoever with my needs. He rushed me out the door and did not even know the genetics or affects of any of the so called "Swell" brand concentrate. complete waste of time gas and money avoid at all costs

I LOVE this swell location, it's right up the street from my house, every one in there is super friendly, the wait is never too long but you never feel rushed when you're in there making your purchase, the flower variety is great, the cartridge/concentrate choices are awesome! I tell anyone I meet that has their card about this location!
