I like that they text you when your up and you can wait in your car. It be nice if the lady checking everyone in could be a little friendly.

( BUYER BEWARE) This is not the first time I come to this dispensary I came here multiple times and this will be the last. This dispensary takes over an hour just to get your online order. ( Even before the corona situation) I noticed a couple times where I ordered and eighth and went home and weighted it out and it would be short. I ordered a 3.5g and got a 3.1g or a 3.2g . I spend 40$ on it and expect to get what I pay for. I work hard for my money. Unlike the workers at Curaleaf. They also ( on my last visit to them) forgot one of the timeless carts in my order and charged me for it. So now I had to inconvenience myself and turn back around and go get it.

Medical patient that has had card for over a year plus. I’ve been going to curaleaf before recreation took place. Curaleaf used to be the spot to go to. They’re flower was good, always had deals, in n out service. That has completely changed. It’s very frustrating coming and having 10 rec go in front of you when you placed an order and you have your med card. Why is that sometimes when I come, y’all have the process super smooth have us in and out regardless of how many Rec patients there is. Now it’s different, it’s like we were pushed to the side. Rec here, they make us money, 17% tax WHATEVER - y’all can miss me with this. Last time I shop here fr fr. Shouldn’t be in line for 35-40 minutes when my order was COMPLETED and I got 10+ rec sales getting finished before me. DONE!

I love swell, I have to say the reviews special is fabulous. It's frustrating when the budtender gets upset that you didn't "screenshot your reviews to make it easier" if this is swells expectation I wish they had notified us in advance and it wouldn't have been an issue. I enjoy coming to swell because I leave in a swell mood but this last time I felt like despite me purchasing in addition to my reviews at the camelback store I was treated less then swell. I will probably drive further to go to a different location moving forward as this experience was less than stellar.

Absolutley terrible customer service seems after speaking that the manager is more for the money than the patients. As well as the level of education of the budtender I had..wasnt helpful sorry for negative review guys but it's just my honesty. Get your stuff together Swell!! Huge waste of my time now in pain and anxiety through the roof. Also very expensive when there are many many other shops around area for half the price same if not better quality. peace.
