Lines very confusing at this specific locations.

Product is good, variety of brands make that happen. Staff (not all) can be difficult to deal w at times. I'll usually drive past this dispensery to go to midtown. It took a few negative experiences to take the extra 10 minute drive to alternate location.

I only went to Curaleaf because of their 45% off Curaleaf Hemp products. When pulled up the brand on the menu it showed CDB Dog Tinctures there. Bought one, when I checked the receipt the discount was not apply. So I called Curaleaf and they told me the tincture was excluded from the deal. Checked the deal page and it does not mention anything about any items being excluded. This is not the first time this happened to me. The first and o lot time I’ve done delivery , for being my first time the delivery was supposed to be waived. But it wasn’t.

It’s always super legit. Especially the employees and the customer service.

If you value your time do not shop here. Not only do they have no deals anymore it takes on average an hour or more to get your meds. Other dispensaries are MUCH faster. I do not come here anymore because of how slow Curaleaf is. They need to get their life together

Tried the Leafly purchase on line for first time with these guys because I was pushed for time . Turns out the order was filled very fast ( 20 minutes) made for a quick in and out . Will have to visit again in person to get my eyes on all the products !! Great quality , will be back .

In addition to the staff always remaining upbeat and positive, the security guards are all top notch, take their jobs VERY seriously and always appear to be on point.

Receptionist Josh was incredibly rude. Never been treated so poorly by a staff member at any dispensary. Ivan was a fantastic bud tender but I’ll still be taking my business to literally any other dispensary besides this one.

staff was rushed so I noticed some timid service but besides that the lady that helped at the back was a gem and the medication is quality as per rec rate so yeah, be back soon

I had some great customer service this evening from "Z", a newer budtender. I picked up some concentrate that wasn't that great but the customer service was really decent.
