Very forward thinking people, which creates a very comfortable welcome home feeling . There customer service is the most professional. A step above really . My motorcycle was broke down and I was waiting for my tow. The nicest lady named Jessica invited me in so I wouldn’t have to wait in the heat and brought me water! A very unexpected kindness thank you Jessica

Don't let the fact that there are several locations scare you off. Curaleaf, especially the Central location, is a hundred percent better than the other multiple location dispensary in town. Jarrod was my helper today, and just like everyone I've interacted with, he was happy to help & seemed happy to be there. They have great deals, strains from low to high, and it's quick and convenient getting in and out.

Always treated with top shelf customer service!

Place can be a little on the south side for my preference on location however the rapid service by ordering through Leafly saved me 50%, not too bad at all. The staff were as professional and friendly as one could ask for. And the quality of flower I purchased was superb. I really appreciate the fact that Curaleaf had awesome deals on 4-19 so that heavy bud smokers like me can start 4-20 out right. Five stars all the way.

the location is good but I can't say that about the new hires they honestly don't know nothing and can't keep things in order I wasted an hour and 1/2 to hear some excuse why everyone else went before me and 12 other people and they came in and went right back I have time to spare but I don't have time to waste

Make sure to check the strain and packaging yourself. Their information is mislabeled. I was very specific in what I wanted and asked for - Nectar Farms, straight Indica. Was given 2 options, purchased, got home and right on the packaging it says it’s Sativa dominant. Super frustrating since they won’t do refunds And now I’m out of night time medicine which now is going to cost me even More to make up for their mistake. Especially since they’re no longer running their happy hour specials. Called them the moment I got home and pretty much S.O.Luck. I’d have to Prove I can’t smoke it even though the PURPOSE of my selection was for nighttime bed use. Way to take my money and say Oh well. I’ve been here quite a few times but with this experience - i won’t recommend anyone to go here.

I love going to curaleaf. the prices are reasonable the product is great but the knowledge that the budtenders have is incredible. I learn something new everyday in there.

So I went to this location last week to see if they had Baller Jars available for sale and to see what they actually looked like due to them basically being the first of their kind in Arizona dispensaries... First off, tall people creep me out... this guy should have been playing basketball, not working in a dispensary... next off I came looking for a specific item, and he had NO idea what the heck I was talking about... after I told him it was on their website, he then went and asked the front desk girl where he could find them...lol Then, when he did find them I asked to looked at them and he holds 2 different jars eye level and stands there... I tried to hold one in my hand and he had a death grip on it... I realized he was basically treating meijer I was going to steal them, so I just said nevermind and left... customer service is everything in this industry...

I like coming to this location haven't been to another curaleaf. everyone here so friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back.

This location is very hit and miss on quality and service. Some budtenders are very kind, helpful, informative, and let you take your time to make a decision. However, every now and then I will get a tender that just seems to not want to be there. The quality is all over the place. Only consistent thing is there concentrates. Even then only the other brands are consistent. curaleaf flower and as a whole has a lot of inconsistencies. Great ppl but the crabby ppl just make the whole experience sour.

Wait list for pickup orders even after receiving a text for pickup. Seems counterintuitive.
