Need one couch in waiting room. Some people like me can't stand small wooden chairs, sorry. But other than that, this is one awesome store! Bud tenders are truely pro at this store! I love you guys, but lately the inventory has been lacking and additionally something needs to be done to separate medical patients from recreational customers. I know recreational use just started but this was an obvious issue on the horizon, it needs to be handled. I know I have the ability to do online orders as a medical patient, but man, I love coming into the store, speaking with the tenders, seeing the daily specials etc. Being advised to use pickup really sucks and so does having to wait in the same line as recreational customers. Again, love you guys... I'll still be a customer, I'll still recommend your business, and your tenders are always awesome, but do see that it's quickly becoming a lose-lost situation for the medical card holders.

Came in today for some concentrates, I am medical patient and was even given my medical 20% discount for the sale going on, but for some reason my budtender still decided to charge me adult use tax on top of my med tax even though he knew I was obvious a med patient... Tried calling 3 times in order to speak to someone but apparently they don't answer the phone here...

got here at 920pm and they tell me no more patients. really it says you guys close at 10pm!!! I'm a med patient not rec and why put you guys close at 10 if it's not true

I called this location because I had been to Swell in El Mirage, before they became Curaleaf, and wanted to find out if I could qualify for a FTP. The person that answered the phone told me I would qualify because I had not been to a "Curaleaf". When I arrived at this location the front staff told me they would search to see if I was in their system. The budtender attended me soon after and I had to ask her if I had qualified for FTP. She told me I am not a FTP, however I get the Second Visit deal of a free preroll. I did not get a free preroll upon or after my purchase. The budtender mentioned I get a free preroll for a review, although, I am not sure I even want to...too bad, so sad, RIP Grumpy Cat

Always Quality flower and friendly people when I stop by a Swell.

I placed an order at 8:23am online on 2/7/21, my order stayed in the status of processing all day. I called Curaleaf several times but no one answered the phone so I left a message. NO ONE CALLED ME OFFER ANY EXPLANATION or APOLOGY but I did get a text saying my order had been cancelled. This used to be my favorite place to buy meds however since the pandemic the quality of product is very bad and the service seems like they no longer care. It's sad as this was a very warm and pleasant business but NO LONGER!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

This place has great deals. Their staff are chill. Sometimes when I order on their site they don’t have my package otherwise they’re great.

Worst dispensary in AZ went in to pick up my order dumbass counter lady said she couldn’t sell me the product just because my is wasn’t flipped but I’ve been to other dispensaries and no ones ever said that don’t go here their weed trash anyways

The staff knows nothing about the product. I get the feeling someone just gave all their friends jobs. Nepotism. The security acts tough but i doubt hes soft. Not an inviting atmosphere. They act like they doing YOU a favor when IM SPENDING HARD EARNED MONEY. I only go here cuz its minutes away from my house. I bought gummies. Had money left over so i figured id buy a $10 gram. She brought out the saddest gram. Flat buds. With stems On all the paper thin weed. You couldnt even call them buds. Thier flower sucks.

This place used to be great till curaleaf ruined it. The delightful staff has been replaced with rude and disrespectful people. To top it off they make false advertisements to get you I the door only to have different prices/quantities/quality of product when you arrive.

unfortunately I have been charged multiple times for items and had my point to use when they weren't supposed to be used towards discounts to be honest I've lost over $100 in this place because of the way they run their business especially when they try to charge me taxed twice and then when I pre-order something and they say it's ready and I come to pick it up they don't even have the item that I wanted and didn't even notify me until I got there which disqualified me for the sale and there's a lot more but I'd rather not go on otherwise the Bud's good everything's good it's just the staff ripping people off is not good

The manager doesn’t know what a a cured concentrate is. They have a deal online and the manager wouldn’t honor it. I was waiting for a pick up order and had to go do walk in instead. If the Diamonds aren’t part of the deal 3 concentrates for $53, then why are they posted all over your website? I can’t be the only one who saw this.

Ftp and we'll worth it as usual. SWELL is and always will be one of if not the only place I claim as my favorite. The buds always dank and customer service is second to none . thanks guys!
