Came in today for some concentrates, I am medical patient and was even given my medical 20% discount for the sale going on, but for some reason my budtender still decided to charge me adult use tax on top of my med tax even though he knew I was obvious a med patient... Tried calling 3 times in order to speak to someone but apparently they don't answer the phone here...

$2.50 ATM fee at this place. Dispensaries without free ATMs shouldn't be a thing in 2021.

I placed an order at 8:23am online on 2/7/21, my order stayed in the status of processing all day. I called Curaleaf several times but no one answered the phone so I left a message. NO ONE CALLED ME OFFER ANY EXPLANATION or APOLOGY but I did get a text saying my order had been cancelled. This used to be my favorite place to buy meds however since the pandemic the quality of product is very bad and the service seems like they no longer care. It's sad as this was a very warm and pleasant business but NO LONGER!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

got here at 920pm and they tell me no more patients. really it says you guys close at 10pm!!! I'm a med patient not rec and why put you guys close at 10 if it's not true

Wasn’t thrilled with the flower quality. 3 strains all smelled alike and not pleasant. The menu was okay- not as much as I would have expected. Cheech was a great budtender, super friendly and knowledgeable. The prerolls were good, especially for $5 each. FTP deal was good as well. The environment was okay, it was clean but a bit uncomfortable.

They are complete unorganized. They have need some training in lean six sigma or something. They have to many employees doing unnecessary movements when. They should be budtending. Very ugly dispensary. All AZ dispensaries need to take a field trip to Colorado and learn a thing or too.

This place used to be great till curaleaf ruined it. The delightful staff has been replaced with rude and disrespectful people. To top it off they make false advertisements to get you I the door only to have different prices/quantities/quality of product when you arrive.

it's ok, but there are many better spots. if you take the light Rail you get a discount 🤔👍🤠

This is hand's down the worst dispensary I've been to. They've sent multiple text adds they refuse to honor saying they're misprinted, tenders that blatantly lie such as a charger is the same as an adapter and the rudest manager when asked why, but most of the time their house products are the lowest quality at the highest prices I've ever seen. And their Cura Co2 carts are unsmokakable for me. I thought it tastes like soap and was as harsh as a tobacco rolly. If there was a place for no stars I'd give it to them. Instead I'll never give them my substantial business or recommend them for anything except disappointment and aggravation. 18 bucks for .5 gs of low grade crumble that got thrown out it was so bad. Not ever again. Their specials are often the regular price at other dispensaries.😫😒😡👎

This place has great deals. Their staff are chill. Sometimes when I order on their site they don’t have my package otherwise they’re great.
