Great place for medicine ! The service at Swell's is incredible, and the meds are even better. A Place I will only be going too !

Swells is a great place. Always have good prices and bud, always hook it up. People that work there are cool and friendly. But I got kicked out on some fucking dumb bullshit. I don't even smoke anymore thanks to Swells, so thanks asshole boss .

We have enjoyed coming here except for today. We went for the buy one get one house concentrates and bought the "batter". It is no way batter and the product isn't visible through the packaging. It was crumble, not batter. Crappy crumble at that! They won't exchange or do anything for us and we bought 6. VERY DISAPPOINTING! We will be going somewhere else just because of this and there are three of us in the family with medical cards and we will warn all our friends. 🤬

My 5 stars will soon change to 0! I understand Youngtown location is going from deli style to pre-packaged flower! I am begging the person responsible for this change, DONT DO IT! If it's not broken, DONT fix it. We love our "swell" just the way it is. I never buy anything without trying on or a car without a test drive! I don't want "tree trunks" in my meds! Why are you passing, what you should absorb, onto the patient! It's not right. We should be allowed to look and smell it prior to purchasing. This is the only place to buy deli-style and you will lose business if you change. I am an experienced prior business owner and I learned you must be consistent however, your business takes a lot of $ to own. Please understand the patients like me with m.s. and limited income, it's close to Sun City and I spend a lot of $ there! You may look into my account to see how much you will lose from one person who feels this way! (There are many people upset) Again, please consider my request to continue the deli-style flower sales, as I also understand concerns of cross contamination from the restaurant business, your not selling chicken for cryin'out loud! Charging tax now and their online site doesn't account for it, was told I was wrong even after showing the manager the online receipt. Fix your online order system before demanding more money. If u bought something online say at Walmart or Best buy and they demanded more money when you went to pick it up you would be pissed, these guys keep screwing up I have given them several chances being a loyal customer since they opened but they are horrible at customer service

My flower was dry

Went in today only to find out they no longer honor Student or senior discount any longer. Sucks because it's close to home, staff is amazing. But....there are dispensary that still give the discount. Please bring it back I don't want to go somewhere else

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! On their app it’s says silver tier mix and match 1 ounce $65 go in store after ordering silver tier online to find out that specific silver tier doesn’t get discount! Online it says SILVER TIER it does not say specific silver tier!!! False advertising! Sad because I’ve been coming here since they started selling Rec this has never happened!!! All the managers usually honor the discount the girl tonight was not about to! She did offer lower percentage weed in silver tier as if the 16% I ordered wasn’t low enough anything lower then 16% may as well not even smoke! Also last two times I’ve ordered online and gone in to pick up they make me go to the back and stand in line. What’s the point of ordering online when you’re made to go to the back anyway?!?!

I know going recreational was huge and lines were crazy but honestly all the employees made it as easy as possible for me and were super nice answering my questions. We are all in this together. It doesnt cost anything to be nice. Love the vibes everyone had !

Honestly my favorite dispensary just wish it wasn't so far

Been going to this location for years! Ever since recreational this place has fallen off big time! They constantly post deals for products that they do not have in stock, and cannot ever seem to keep any popular products in stock either. They continuously change which products are a part of their everyday deals, and they have also changed the quality of their in-house concentrates. I have emailed corporate multiple times and spoken to multiple managers. Unfortunately it seems that they do not care to properly serve the community around them.

This is the first time I’ve left a less that perfect review for swell. Baseline products are awful!! Please stop offering these products as high quality . Baseline nugs, concentrates and candies all are GROSS.

Disappointed in the mislabeling of product content. An edible containing 150mg of MMJ is marked as 1.5 grams towards allotment, which they won't attempt to correct or modify. Buyer beware as your allotment will disappear due to incorrect dosing. This is regarding Top Shelf peppermint patties, which is an excellent product, but until the issue is fixed I don't recommend buying them based on the overcharge towards your allotment.

First time patient and I have to say that the experience was a great one. The staff at Swell made this experience a good one. A free new patient gram, a free gram for the long wait, and a $30 1/8 of a super relaxing flower. Yesterday was the first time in a long time that I actually had a quality nights sleep, which is rare.

awsome meds for an amazing price my budtender Cory was patient and knowledgeable on all the different strands and specials they have this is my new go to spot!

Meds are great and you can't beat the prices. Bud tenders were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be making the 40 minute drive to do my twice-a-month med refill with these guys going forward. Not exactly a luxury experience, but who cares? It's worth the trip to save $130+ an ounce!
