First off they are not very good with any sort of return or products that are not as advertised or modeled in the case. They sold me some plastic tasting shatter nastiest concentrates I have had in my 12 years of smoking... They said it was my fault I chose the wrong product based on their recommendation for a delicious product... The weed they sell is very low quality and the cheapest in the area, I can see budget being good.. a lot of people in the area are broke cigarette smokers who are happy to smoke anything resembling weed. Look at their weed vs any other shop in Grant's pass area, it is brown, dull and smells old I'd say 2/20 strains looked like something I would put in my lungs... The staff is extremely on edge. I get no smiles, I get no excitement for what they are doing all day. I go here with friends who still support their store, only to see if I can change my outlook. It is all the same treatment for me or other folks. funny story is the dude who helped my friend last trip was saying how high he was from the cbd they just got in and how she should try a syringe for only 55 bucks. sure bud. Lmao!

Great prices, product and service

I'm a California medical marijuana patient, and this was my first time going into an Oregon dispensary. I went in as a recreational patient. I liked the friendly girls working there, but the one who helped me had a lot of trouble ringing me up, so I had to deduct a star for the small hassle. I purchased several strains that ranged in price from $8.75 a gram up to $15 per gram (which is definitely on the high side!). I got some outdoor Tangerine Kush, which was the cheapest gram. I've had tastier tangie before, but this one was still decent. I also got some of the Jr (Jaeger) because it's a strain I've only been able to find in Southern Oregon. Purple hues and a smell of black licorice, tasty and strong - good outdoor grow. Finally, I got several grams of the ChemDawg. The gasoline, diesel smell told me right away that this was strong stuff, and it is! I see that it's now more appropriately priced at $12.50 per gram, but unfortunately I paid $15 per. The stacked 10% discounts are great, and I will definitely return the next time I visit Grants Pass!

This is our go to place, willing to drive out of town to get there. Most experiences have been really good as a rec customer. Coming in today as medicinal for first time, will have to see how helpful they are.

Great staff! Stayed positive polite and helpful, even through a berating from a rude older gentleman ( who should be ashamed of himself for being so rude to such a nice girl who was only trying to be as helpful as possible). Th only negative was the several top end strains advertised online as being in stock, one of which I specifically drove to this location to try, were not in inventory ( which I believe was the complaint of the older man who was upset.) I would like to see the website updated daily, as prices and availability are subject to change, and some people have to make special efforts to get medicine at critical moments, as it obviously was for our aggro friend. Otherwise great shop. Thanks

Tamerans is a Friendly, clean, and interesting place to visit. Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I was looking for clones and although there were a few miscommunication, they were kind enough to hold the plants I needed for me. Fair prices for the plants as well. I still have to get used to the tax thing though.

I went into Tamerans two days ago and had a lovely experience. Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door! The selection is incredible (way more than other dispensaries i've been to) with a great display so that you can smell the buds and see them up close and personal. My only complaint was... I was hit by the door by one of the employees... middle aged cocky red head who was kind of rude about it. And once I was in the dispensary he was standing over the employees looking confused. Other than him though, experience was delightful. (: will be going again when i pass through town!

I love the energy when I come here everyone is so eager to help and always make sure you leave happy and satisfied. I'd definitely recommend you guys any day.

I love this place. You couldn't ask for an easier location; it's right off the freeway. I feel very safe here (something important to me being a single female). Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful layout and huge fresh selection. My new spot!
