This place has turned into the best spot in Durango. I've been coming here since they opened and it seems to me that all the other companies have lost the value of getting customers in and out while treating them like family, Telluride bud company hasn't lost that value. They treat me with respect and that's why they earn mine. I recommend this place to everybody!
I put my order in with Leafly and headed that way from just up the street and I was in and out and avoided the long line. Very prompt and accurate service
Parking options are good for regular or disabled spots. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of product. Line moves reasonably fast even when busy.
I love the Customer Service, Cannabis flower, and ordering convenience of TBC Durango! This morning I had yet another great experience there when I went to pay and realized a was a little less than a buck short. The Budtender covered the difference for me, rather than having me have him take back one of my purchases. Great experience, great service, fantastic flower choices at killer prices ($5 a gram), thank you!
FRAUD! They send out an email saying Green Hornet gummies are $13.99 but you get 50% off if you say the secret word. I went in and purchased the EXACT package pictured and was charged $13.99. They said they gave me the discount because the regular price is $28.99. They used the wrong picture and won't honor their own deal. Their selection sucks. 4 strains only and now they are falsely advertising specials so they can rip you off. DO NOT GO HERE! Acme Healing Center up the road has better prices and a MUCH better selection.
