Great curbside service during the Covid 19 time. I just received my MMC and had to register as a first time patient. Everything was brought to me in my car. The staff member was great! He answered all my questions, and quickly got my order.

got my pre order ready super fast and even were awesome today when i called to reserve some of the incredibles chocolate bars bc I knew they had very few left of the PB and they put them right with my pre order! I used to shop elsewhere but now this is my one and only stop bc of the great service and amazing staff! They go above and beyond for their patients
I ordered online for the first time as a medical patient. It was pretty easy and very, very convenient with many selections to chose from. When I picked up my order, I was assisted by Nate and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a few things I hadn't known about. I would recommend for sure!! Thank you Nate!! ♥️😎
This is a wonderful place to visit. Very clean and customer service is phenomenal my only gripe with everything going on is how the recreational users harassing the medical patients( that have first priority
in MA) while they stand in line. The person that handles the customers outside was not paying any attention to anything and certainly wasn't helping differentiate between med and rec. Other than that all is great strains are yummy, prices still good, and all is well.
The best customer service, bud is great too! I'm a vet 100% connected and your people have made me feel extremely comfortable. Not one time have I been disappointed.
I am a med patient, the staff here all treat the patients very well. With the Covid regulations, I just order online, wait for a text and no matter how busy, everyone will chat and get us in and out quick and safely.
Flower is top best in area, extracts always rock. Reward program for patients actually gives you something back too.

I contacted the management and they quickly had things straitened out and I was shown great service and the selection is second to none with the recreational back products are moving fast enough to stomp any thoughts of dry or brittle buds from temescal they are fresh and tasty. they are kind and considerate to their customers and provide a line of products that will set the standard for dispensary menus in Massachusetts and hopefully beyond . -Flower is harvested and packaged within 2 weeks. No curing so taste can be harsh.
