I've become a regular of these guys. The staff, like Ian and Jay, knows their stuff. They always have the best tasting and smelling buds around and even with the virus stuff going on you can trust them to recommend something appropriate to your tastes. Check these guys out.

Horrible customer service and rude staff. JOSHUA is a garbage budtender and is rude to disabled people.

I used to shop here cause it is local. Where have "ALL" the nice people gone. The person trying to help me seemed disinterested in helping me. I get it, on Saturday around 1400, I wouldn't want to be there either but try for the customer. I'm Ok with shaming but only when you have explained the rules to the individual, not when you make a mistake and didn't say anything about the rule, that's a deal breaker. I'll drive across town for better service, not because I deserve it but because that's how you run a successful business.

I love this store. I am in town for business and when I went here Jared and the other staff were incredible. Provided me with best info on their craft and were able to give me exactly what I was looking for. If you need a place to go...TETRA!

Aweaome they had their menu updated in real time. My husband and I were probably one of the first customers to stop.in, we were out walking our dogs saw the sign and headed down the road. Love that it's only a handful of strains to choose from and not a monster wall and a half. Lol Made my order on line took it inside and the budtender,sorry didnt get your name :(. Helped me finish it and I was out the door in like 8minutes!!

I'm so stoked this dispensary is FINALLY open in Troutdale! As much as I love visiting the Gorge, it makes it so much better to know I can conveniently pick up a few pre-rolls right after a hike. Also, they have one of the best selections of any dispensary I've seen -- top-notch flower, pre-rolls, edibles, you name it. I will definitely be back again!

I really like this store for their edible gummies and other products. I had a strange experience today. I mispoke about wanting an indica based cartridge and it felt like I was getting told what for mispeaking. I know a lot about cannabis I grew up in Oregon. I am going on a trip and needed a cartridge. Their a little hard to make with your own cannabis if you have tried. The budtender made me feel very nervous after I asked for the LA cheese cartridge which it shows on the menu today but is not actually in the store. So after realizing they didn't have what was stated on the menu I needed to choose something else he kept berating me about indica is down and sativa is up and that I keep contradicting myself. Well you know what? People use cannabis to help with their anxiety and you my friend where the antithesis of that. I will be back for other products but please chill out a little bit if someone mispeaks. They might have anxiety and not like to talk to people in social settings.

I've been going to Tetra exclusively for a couple months now and I am so happy with them! I see no reason to go anywhere else and risk getting dirty, outdoor flower when I can get beautiful indoor craft grade flower here and I can afford it. Thank you Tetra! Don't go changing now, you hear?

Love this place. If you’re a fan of flower, they always have very high quality buds. Great pre-roll deals on fridays. Every bud tender who’s helped me was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in finding the type of bud I’m looking for. Excellent spot. Check it out and see for yourself!
