This is my neighborhood store and I love it. The original bud tenders are the greatest but every one has been great. I won’t go to a store that has rude staff but I come here for everything😀

Finally! A dispensary in Portland that mixes trendy and hip with GREAT prices! I just love it. Every time I have been I've received so much help from the budtenders since they have a huge selection of flower and extracts. This is definitely my favorite pot shop I've been to and is now my regular.

Just ok. Seems like something will be mid shelf one day and then same weed will be top shelf the next day. Fine not great.

Bought some Tropicana Cherry, Earl Baker Farm, $14/gram. Harvested 06/13/22. So overpriced. High end nugs should be sticky not dry. It does have a nice smell but no flavor when smoked. I think they priced it based on how it looks. It is pretty but nothing special.

I was happy with the service and selection here. Placed and online order, and the pickup process was easy. Staff was friendly as well. I'm sure I'll return.

I enjoyed the customer service, there was no rush and I wasn’t feeling pressed to buy anything. I appreciated the atmosphere, which felt easy going and recreational- like the ideal neighborhood dispensary should be. I was helped by Nik, who gave much advice on different strains/products/promotions

My house is very close to this place, so I wish I could love it, but every time I stop by I feel like I’m greatly inconveniencing them. There are a few budtenders that are polite and helpful, but for the most part the customer service sucks. Sometimes they’ll put your purchases right next to the tip jar and point that out to you, which always annoys me — I get the impression they’re there for the money and discount, not to share their love of weed with others. Even when I try to engage them they come across as condescending, so I do my own research and don’t bother anymore. The product quality is sometimes great and sometimes meh. Prices are on the high end of average, but because I feel so unwelcome I’d rather pay more for a better experience. So even though I live 2 blocks away and get a neighborhood discount, I still avoid it unless they have a strain I specifically want, or if I’m desperate.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, great prices and product. I go out of my way to come here over other places, it's the best!

Been coming here since they opened. As far as value and quality for money, they're hard to beat. Being a medical patient that lives in the neighborhood, I get really good deals and never pay more than $28 for a top shelf eighth. They've started to have more expensive options on their top shelf lately that are out of my price range, but there are plenty of great options for less. New staff take some time to learn the ropes, but they figure it out pretty quick. Great neighborhood shop.

Tetra is definitely my favorite dispensary in Portland. I always have a great experience here and the budtenders are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality cannabis and consistently amazing service.

Good setup for dealing with the quarantine. They’ve been my go to dispensary for at least a year.
