I love going here everyone is always friendly and very helpful I was nervous about coming in here at first but they made me feel welcome and helped me pick out what I wanted.

We love coming here we get good deals good service and some tasty stuff!!

I have only been going here couple months but my favorite budtender is Gilbert. Hes so cute and knows his stuff. I get him each time I come and today he made my day asking about me :) His service is the reason I come daily.

So I went in today ant this is like the fifth time I have came to this place it's nice and has a really good selection and great prizes But the budtenders need to have a better Palit because they suck right now everytime they say this is a good one and it's taste like the stain it's supposed to and it's doesn't it's getting really old if you don't know or can't tell.... then say so don't say it's good when it's not!

I've been to this shop like 4 times. I have only ONCE found a premium flower (in my opinion). That may be partially due to the staffing. They were not educated on products or their inventory. Some folks seemed nice, but I just don't like the recommendations I get. They've always been a real waste of money.

Love the atmosphere here. Budtenders are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Quick service every visit recommend to all my friends. Trust the tenders opinions

Quality-5 stars Service-5 stars Atmosphere- 3 stars because the products aren't organized and they are spread out throughout the store. Hard to really look at what you're buying. If they can organize their store like kascade Krops then I'd rate this place a 10/10 Also my favorite budtender is the big black guy. So patient and so nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I think his name is Gilbert?

Much better selection than the other shop here in Arlington. The variety is bountiful and store always clean. Recently had terrible suggestion from a gal at night that had total opposite effects than I wanted. I would suggest the girl be trained more on knowledge of marijuana. She was kind, with purple in her hair but very bad suggestions. Will be a repeat customer but not with her. Bowman

What happened to the quality? No more top shelf? They pushed this stuff called rocket cannabis on me and it turned to powder before I got home.

Fairly new to this location but lucky enough the managers/owner of both 172nd and 221 are awesome and have never let me "come" down ;) They carry top of the line products and the only reason I would go somewhere else was if I was traveling. Prices are outstanding, they give a discount for people in the industry and also have first class bud tenders. I mean I've never seen someone run out with an umbrella to walk an elderly lady in through the storm. Keep on doin your thing ya'll! I'll forever give both stores a visit and an A+ for customer service.

Well I have to that 172nd is by far the best +21 rec store around the marysville/arlington area.... And the prices and stock on hand is by far better and greater than cascadeKropz...As well as the very friendly atsmosphere...

Awesome budtenders :) Knowledgeable, friendly, recognizing return customers, as well as being responsive to new ones. My sweetie is a disabled Vietnam Vet & somewhat shy... Everyone is so welcoming that he leaves with pink cheeks, a delighted smile & a sigh of contentment.
