The prices are way to high. Going to wait and see if prices go down but having to pay almost 1600 dollars a month for medicine that is so easy to grow is crazy. It’s like the state doesn’t want to help us they are in it for the money which is sad. Plus the flower was not all that. I can get better on the streets for slot cheaper.

Agreeing with previous reviews that this dispensary feels a bit stiff and sterile, but the staff is always polite. That being said, the prices are utterly outrageous, and the quality of the product is a wide (VERY wide) margin lower than recreational reggie in Washington state. Someone needs to open another dispensary that, 1) can comfortably handle the volume of customers in this area, and, 2) won't rip them off with low quality, fumbled batches from LSUAg for a medical level price point. Yeah, I'd shop here again, because I don't have another alternative for safe, legal, local green.

The people here behind the front desk taking my money is really nice but because I have paid over 1000 just in the past 2 months with getting the license then the weed is so hi not to mention the size of the buds and how fast they burn I'd rather quit or go back to buying it on the street because at least I get what I pay for don't be mad when u think u getting a gram an u got a joint way to high

I’m going to be 100% here. The people are mostly really nice and the shop is clean.. BUT not only are they charging way too much but I’ve been screwed over two times now. First off one of my syringes wasn’t even full (and at $100+ for a G it better be absolutely full to the mark) then the flower I got burned weird (not cured correctly) and was way too much stem. My grinder didn’t even get any keef off of the bud in the lower chamber and the quality was what you’d be expecting from bud 10 years ago - it was a waste of $70. They really need to start showing the product before like most places do - also needs a private room like NOLA has to go over everything with you. I’m also a little concerned that my product is never sealed or has some sort of tamper proof if we can’t see it before we buy anyways and y’all get it from an outside source then why isn’t it sealed?? So basically don’t bother with the flower here yet unless you are a new patient with low tolerance, the distillate is hit or miss and the PAX pods are a total waste as a lot of the product ends up stuck in the pod and if you tip it or lay the pen over it’ll burn uneven and taste terrible. I will say the front desk ladies are always very sweet and cheerful so that got y’all an extra couple stars - if it wasn’t for them it would have been a flat 1 star.. OH and I need to mention too that you have to pay in cash here or use their ATM with a crazy fee. So that awesome 😐

This place is the sole storefront for this region, in gigantic industry that is not even as old as an average cannabis growth cycle. They are doing an amazing job evolving into the ever expanding demand. Understand agricultural depth of the working parts behind all of this and have patience. Namaste.

The head pharmacist in charge thinks he is a doctor. Base line information was given. Low quantity of products available. All public transaction through clear glass wall. Had to learn to use my Pax in front of a lobby full of people which made me extremely uncomfortable. Not a private environment. Can clearly hear other patients business when sitting in lobby. Do your research, be safe. Listen to your DOCTOR.

The shop is clean and has a sterile feel to it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Seating can be pretty tight in the waiting area when a new shipment comes in. My only real concern is that the type of flower that works best for me (sativa) is seldom available. There does seem to be a strong demand for it, due to the fact that it gets sold out so quickly. When they do get sativa in it is usually about half the strength of flower I have picked up in other states that have legal recreational MJ.

Now that flower is legal medically in Louisiana, they will have their hands full for a while. That being said, they are always willing to help and answers questions. Amazing staff that his knowledgeable.

Great staff. Great pharmacist. Willing to take the time to explain it all to newer smokers.

The Appothecary Shoppe on Guilbeau Rd in Lafayette LA is the place to go! Absolutely Professional and Knowledgeable. I highly recommend The Appothecary Shoppe. Mr. Kevin, the pharmacist is an awesome asset. Hold on to him. Mr. Kevin and all staff in every division and position is very intelligent and I'd like to thank you; I'm very grateful! Very nice facility. Staff was very nice and helpful in answering all of the questions I had. Product selection seems to be growing, and from what I can tell, as soon as LSU or Southern comes out with new products, they are available at Apothecary.

Just like other person said the head pharmacist (Kevin) swears he is a doctor. He claims to know everything and waste people’s time.
