The Botanist - Danbury (Rec)

I have been on medical for 4 years and the botanist is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and they always help me get rewards and keep me updated on them!.this is my favorite place ever because their products are terrific and awsome staff there..I highly recommend

Just don't get in the wrong line or they make you go back to the end of the line to start your wait all over again.

Ya the were KEYWord were the best in st I truely believe that the manger named laura is in no way shape or fourm to be a manger.any way since they have opened for rec they have totally lost thier care and compassion for the medical comunitty.They would like you to believe that med comes first but it isnt like that at all i have ordered 10 items on 4 ya four different acasions i get the ready email then get thier and they have 3 or 2 never a full order.it is so obvious that they dont and wont sell that to one person they will spread it around to all customers to keep every one happy instead of the medical patatant ordering it.i used to give them a A+ plus but you guys have really gone down hill.i wish the two ladies never sold you idiots up thier the business couse i travel one hour to branford they r much better and they will sell you what you order for get these guys thier only good for an emergency ther not the only shop in town or state i would say go some place wlse you will recieve much better care at anouther despensairy

There are always bud tenders just sitting around and chatting while people are waiting for medical preorders that are ready. Kind annoying

Their stock is terrible - nothing high thc, barely any flower available and no baked goods. As a medical patient, I despise going here. As a rec patient, you're better off at Budr.

I really LOVE The Botanist!!! Everyone is knowledgeable and couldn’t be more Friendly! I especially look forward to seeing John who honestly makes my day! He is so positive and couldn’t be more helpful!!!! YAY 😀 that I have this dispensary to go to!!!!!

This place is filled with happy workers who are very helpful and willing to make your experience the best. Stacy goes above and beyond every time to be sure you have exactly what you want! I’ve seen her deal with nasty customers who try to blame the faults of the state shortages on her personally. Due to that they will put bad reviews. I say anybody that puts a bad review is just a miserable person themselves because they can’t get what they want!!

Honestly Connecticut recreational is the worst out of all 50 united states. This dispensary offers a laughable 5 flower options on average. All the flower is $400+ per ounce no matter how good or BAD it is. No matter what you are overpaying and they are under delivering. It also takes about 2 hours to fully purchase an ounce as a rec customer due to their extremely slow service, and most of the time when you "pre order" they won't have your flower anymore by the time you arrive.
