love this location. very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I have never been to another location because I don't need to. The folks who run this facility are some of the most knowledgeable friendly supportive staff I have ever met. They have helped me get accustomed to the program since before I was a customer, and the care only grows each visit. I highly recommend them!

Although I haven't been to many other dispensaries to compare, I have to say from experience this is a top notch place. They normally keep a steady selection and all the medicine is broken down in a way that's easier to understand. Every staff member is kind and courteous, they make the experience even nicer! The actual facility is very clean and comfortable as well as very professional. I'm disabled and this place is very accommodating and kind. The staff lift your spirits with their attitudes and it helps so much to make this the best place around!

Hands down the Best dispensary in CT.. I travel over a hour to commute to prime but its very worth it.. everyone there is extraordinary. very comfortable environment. i would suggest them to anyone looking for a dispenser. A+++

Great staff and service. Immaculate facility. However, the product is sub-par (not to mention prices). Pre-grinding the product before sale is a big problem. It's like telling me you'll sell me a Filet Mignon steak, but then it's thrown in the meat grinder. Flowers are not meant to be ground up, and I won't even get into the science of destroying trichomes and terpene profiles. Patients are entitled to pure, natural, unadulterated bud form. Hopefully this doesn't bring the demise of the program.

This is the type of dispensary I could take my grandmother to. It's a safe, friendly environment with a staff that can explain the medicine to people, like my grandmother, and also share info with the most experienced of patients. If you live in Tolland, Windham or Hartford county, this is our place for excellent assistance with cannibus.

I absolutely love my dispensary. Such a great feeling when you walk in and the staff are some of the most caring people I've ever met. The growers haven't been producing as much lately so the flower menu is limited but they're hopeful it's going to a better season!

If you're looking for the absolute best dispensary in CT STOP LOOKING you found it. This place is awesome. The products are diverse enough to satisfy any palate. This is more the "cultured cannabis" style of service, instead of a stereotypical-stoner spot. I was afraid I would go and the place would have sub-par products or I wouldn't feel comfortable but I did. I told as many people as I could in person. I stress to them that if they or someone they know can use the medicine it's available. I plan on visiting again as soon as I can!

Love it I'm there A few times a week and feel like family. Tiptop service in and out in five min or less unless I decide to hang out!

Nice people and it all started off ok. Then I made a wax purchase and was happy with the high CBD content. I then bought a higher CBD wax from a different producer and it would not vape. This was not dealt with well, but I did not give up. Called the producer and told them the issue. They straightened it all out. TY~ Not I see, the exact same 1:1 wax (same producer I love) is $20.00 cheaper @ Arrow. I was told they are all private so prices WILL vary. Someone else wrote, prices are the same. The product should be consistent every time! Otherwise this cannot work. Looking into converting to a place that deals with "defective" products, without the attitude. The low price is just another perk. My mj DO told me to go to them from the beginning. Live and learn. Thanks "doc"~

From the first time I walked in and subsequent visits, I felt welcomed and relaxed. For the first time I was able to have an intelligent discussion and education about the benefits instead of trying to convince naysayers.

Quality falls on the growers/suppliers in Connecticut not the dispensaries. This dispensary is the nicest of all the CT MMP dispensaries.

This location is the best ,great selection and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I changed to this pharmacy and i'm glad i did.The change will be worth the effort!

Look no further for your dispensary of choice. I’ve been a member here since sales began and can’t praise the staff and facility enough. The staff here will go out of their way to make sure you are contented, make you feel welcomed, informed, educated, and genuinely care about your health and well-being. The owner of the dispensary is generally in house on a daily basis, which speaks volumes. You can call ahead to place a pre-order and pick it up and be out in 5 minutes, or you can walk-in (or call) and have thorough conversations about every product. They also offer volume discounts in addition to rotating weekly specials, featuring a certain producer and/or product. Prime Wellness is much more than a dispensary, it feels more like a home.
