I’m SUPER bummed I had a syringe leak out on me NO fault of my own but called in and just asked for a discount off my 50$ dollar mistake and got a hole 5 dollars off my next perches WOW thanks you won’t see me again 🤡🤡

Only dispensary to ever short me Made an online order for 2-2.5grams of concentrate 33$ a piece. Went to pick up order gentleman calls out the names of the 2 containers they were correct and put in bag and I went on my way. Get home and see that they are not 2.5 g containers they are only 1 g containers. I paid for 5gs and was given 2. Called and spoke to manager the acknowledged the issue on their end and was told to come back in and they will straighten it out no problem. Went back in and was told I have 26 dollars store credit. Where does 26 come from 😆ya that makes a lot of sense I explained there wrong doing to the employees and one goes and talks to managers again comes back and says the best they can do 1 - 2.5 gram container of what I originally purchased. Management won’t look you in the face they just send there poor employees to do their dirty work. So if your looking to go out of your way and make 2 trips to the dispensary and still get shorted half a gram this is the place for you 👌🏻 keep up the great work Budhouse management there’s a reason your parking lot is always empty.

If you read these this place will tell you they ran out and the sell you bad weed to get rid of their crap. Happens every week and manager is not on site most times. Bad business practices

I can't locate the policy anywhere in writing, so just FYI: EVEN IF YOU CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY HAND IT TO YOU: IF IT'S INCORRECT, THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. 😔

I was amazed when I found this joint had a drive-thru window - other experiences I have had in the area have been parking in a numbered stall where they will bring it out to you on foot , with many other cars waiting at once it is a rather long wait - but this a quiet spot where usually you are the first car at the window especially during slower business hours. Another thing that amazed me about this joint is I could buy 1/2 Oz. for just 20$ - this to me, takes all the unnecessary stress out of uncomplicated daily toking within in a highly stressful society. Although one issue I did order a 20$ 1/2 Oz on the leafly app and got a notification that the order was received and ready , and when we arrived at the window they told us they were out of the 1/2 oz. that I ordered (happened to be my favorite strain Forbidden Fruit) and so we tried a different strain , but it would had been nice to know in advance thru the leafly app by text or in-app communications, so we could had reordered a different 1/2 Oz product and would had not needed to start a whole new order after arriving at the window and then wait extra time for them to prepare it.

Been here a few times and everything time i go in it's always a good experience I always enjoy the flower I get... You guys are the greatest...

This is a real dispensary.

We're out of stock on all items I ordered thru Leafly with these guys. Ordered, called, said they had it. THEY DIDN'T. I spent over $2000 a month in Ontario. Do something different if you want a potential loyal, customer. Very disappointed.

Got a eigth of Blueberry at a great price smells taste and stoney definitely will be returning.

Really spectacular service! Grateful that you accept and process online orders past 9pm. I got there 10 mins after placing it and it was ready when I got there. Did not realize there was a drive thru but will be back soon for SURE. much love to this dispo <3 wonderful service and products

This is my main go-to dispensary for all my needs. Mainly for 2 reasons. 1. Their prices are unbeatable, affordable and not overpriced like other near by dispensaries are. 2. Drive-Thru!!! Not having to get out of your car and wait in a long line is absolutely amazing. Every time I come here there’s never a long wait or any cars at all so I’m there and gone within 5 minutes or less. Highly recommend.

I finally got my issue resolved. With my wedding cake flower order. Bruce at budhouse issued me another 2.5 gms of flower ,to make up for mistake. Thanks again Budhouse. Much appreciated. I had given negative reviews, but now everything is perfect.. Thanks Bruce Budhouse Rocks!!!

I would give negative Stars if I could .I Went into the bud house everything seemed great at first he showed me three of the $50 ounces I asked to look at I told him two of them look like hay and smell bad. And made it clear which one I wanted When that happened I got a phone call and was asked to talk on the phone outside of the store so I go back and keep in mind I already told him which ounce I want. He gives me the wrong one I didn't realize till I walk out the door I immediately walked to the front door again and ask if they could just exchange it real quick keep in mind I told him which one I wanted he went and spoke to two people and they both said that they couldn't do anything for me I was out of their store for 30 seconds worse dispensary I've ever been to I do not recommend and I will never be back why would I want to buy a dumpy ounce when they had a really good one for the same price matter of fact he sold my friend that one so that's how I know he knew. So I get punished for their mistake and end up having some weed I'd rather throw in the garbage then smoke. They were extremely unprofessional and didn't care to help me the one guy didn't even try to explain what had happened horrible he should be fired they treat customers like crap and all seem to have bad attitudes I've been to every dispensary in Ontario and I can for sure say this is the worst and they honestly don't care about their customers reading their other reviews.

Something new from other places & has a wide variety

Well I purchased their brand of products and it was defective and the manager Heather I spoke with showed absolutely no concern for my problem.

Only the second store in Ontario with a drive-thru! (Although, I wish that Leafly would also offer online ordering with the drive-thru pick-up.) The staff here are completely AMAZING! Every time my on-line order is 100% accurate, and the people at the window are absolutely wonderful. I could HIGHLY recommend The Bud House. This is in my Top 2 Ontario stores!

This is the coolest little store to get my hash at. Great products, selection, and the customer service is outstanding!

Where to start. All the staff were super helpful. Josh specifically worked with me to find exactly what I needed. This was the first dispensary trip that I have never felt rushed. Josh took so much time with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I knew about different options. The store was super clean and welcoming. Y’all definitely earned a return customer! Thanks guys!

Great prices.

I love my visits here! Staff is amazing and recommends some bomb stuff😁 my flower ive never been disappointed same with carts! I recently went down there and got a jack frost cart always amazing and some of the magic number cola drinks❤ definitely taste you gotta get used to here and there haha but man im drinking mine now and playing video games tastes so great! I recommend people to go here its awesome atmosphere edibles are great carts all! I definitely will say if theres flower to try Nicki louda stoney stuff and the buds are like rocks. Hash was awesome to! Thanks to the staff for being awesome and having amazing products😁
