The Citizen By Klutch - Canton

Klutch has recently been jacking up the prices to an astronomical level. They were out of stock for their house brand carts for nearly a month, and now, they are $60… To put it into perspective, the carts used to be $25 and would even be on sale for $21.50. Shame on you for taking advantage of medical patients before rec sales start, just to line your own pockets.

Finally, it took a few years for Ohio to step up and for a homegrow (pun intended) NE Ohio brand and cultivator (proud of you Klutch!) to begin flagship stores and operations at a like California or Colorado type of level. That's from the dispensary itself and staff knowledge helpfulness and general whole hearted enthusiasm for cannabis... all the way through to the quality of and uniqueness of strain & product selection! The Citizen has all of it and I'm proud to be a Akron/Canton Native when it's putting out proper as hell legitimate premium quality and competitive pricing. I've been in the cannabis counterculture for over 20years, and consider my involvement with all things related to that world at the highest possible level of nerd or afficinado or whatever lol. I've also been in the Ohio Medical Cannabis program since it's inception in 2019ish... And I've been to many dispensaries in my area and beyond, and let me tell anyone who's interested in hearing it that I literally only go to this dispensary now if I'm picking up any product at all! I was like this is my spot from here on out 😎. Keep it up!

Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.

This is the most unique dispensary I have been to in Ohio. The staff walks around to answer questions and make suggestions. The prices are good here. Not only on Klutch, but other brands too. Great dispensary to have in your rotation.

really enjoy going to the citzen by klutch, very friendly staff, good prices just wish the Canton Ohio store had as much as the Cleveland Version! they even have a rewards program!!
