The staff, specials and medicine is fantastic.

Mainly shop here for my open cartridges because they are the cheapest I can find but the staff is always friendly and helpful would recommend shopping here.

The location of the shop is great. Cool part of downtown next to bars, restaurants and an interesting pawn shop. The dispensary was super organized and the service was great. Dino in particular helped me out and showed me the deals. If you’re into concentrates this is the place for you.

Great atmosphere, very helpful staff especially Gio. Good quality stuff. Will come back.

Had to wait in line so when it was my turn, I felt rushed. Couldn't really walk around or take time to look at stuff. Budtender was impatient and wanted to close the sale. Prices are ok. Store is small but they have quality product.

As a first time dispensery user, the staff are very helpful and know their strains. Would use whenever in Denver!

Was a first time customer and Gio quickly took me under his wing. He happily explained all current store promos and thoroughly answered all my questions. When I considered buying suckers, he upsold me on gummies suggesting that I suck on them slowly. Not only do I feel I got better bang for my buck, I know get to enjoy 10 times as many! I also signed up for text promos and am so happy to always know be in the know to what great sales are going on. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing and their customer service is friendly and informative. I'm visiting CO for the first time and have been checking out NUMEROUS dispensaries, Ballpark definitely ranks at, or at the very least near, the to of that list. This is going to be revisited prior to heading back home!

Super cool store, best variety of concentrates. Went here after researching other dispensaries and narrowing it down to 3. Glad I came here and Robert was super nice and helpful. Definitely will return.

Since I’m an out of town consumer, I’ve not been to an extensive number of dispensaries, but from the few I’ve been to, I’ve gotten to learn a little more about the culture and the “rules” both spoken and unspoken. Right off the bat, I have to say that Ballpark really blew the other guys out of the water. The two guys were much more casual than some of the places I’ve been (which is great when you primarily use weed for social anxiety) and they were extremely approachable, making great conversation that was both fun and useful. Lots of good natured jokes were made and after being initially a little anxious, I was out pretty immediately at ease. Even perusing the product was more fun than I had anticipated, mainly because the owner really enjoys Rick and Morty, so I found a bunch of subtle references that really brought the brand from “business casual at arms length” to “friends with a business who are fun but still professional.” When I requested a product that they didn’t carry, the staff was more than accommodating to help me find something that worked just as well or even better, and I ended up buying much more than I thought I would. The staff also felt very knowledgeable about their product, and they explained it in really accessible ways. While I was waiting in line to be helped, I overheard a staff member explaining the basics of the strains to a couple and they did such a great job. It was really fun and cute to see. :) Overall, it was a really great experience and I’m pretty sure they’ll be my go-to dispensary from here on out!

I actually came in by accident, my original plan was going to the place next door, I decided to stop in and see the selection the bud tenders was very knowledgeable and very polite, needless to say I never made it to the place next door the prices were right, the bud was amazing, so now this is my new go to dispensary
