Here is my problem...spending money on vape products both ooze and matrix only to be told they have no medicine for me and have no idea where to get them...than they try to sell me somethingelse....stickers don't fix my pain budtenders...no one has called as promised sorry but 2 days and no matrix cartridge refills BS

Always very quick in and out stop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good variety of products too!

I really enjoy this location. The bud tenders are knowledgeable, quick,friendly and always eager to give me a recommendation on which product is the right one for me. They almost always have some kind of deal or special going on which is always a plus.

Chloe was great help on the phone, they give great customer service, they are fast on getting you in and out, and they carry a variety of sativa’s flower Which is a great plus , and they also have a senior discount which I am glad to see they finally added that on. The dispensary is the place for me now . And I like that when you call they don’t fluff you off they help you out 👍🏻👍🏻

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, Carissa helped me find something I'd like without making me feel pressured or confused, which I appreciate a lot! The whole staff seemed very knowledgable and happy to see you leave happy. Also I love that this location is close to old henderson where I live so I dont have to go into vegas.

Best prices and best quality of pre rolls in town! This place is like cheers. I walk in and everybody knows my name and greets me with a smile. Love this place!

Gave 2 stars for service....When you first get there you have to show somebody behind the glass counter your ID. Maybe because I was from out of state she put my name in as Thomas Gilbert. Sorry for the Hippa law violation. But I gave you my drivers license and you didn’t even get my name correct? Gave 2 stars on Atmosphere...... As a first EVER in a dispensary in my life. I really wanted to know the inns and the outs and wanted to talk to somebody about CBD and marijuana. We just had to go during rush hour. I felt like a cow going through the lines getting to get slaughtered. I went at 6pm? The picture is deceiving it had fabric polls making 3 lines just to talk with a bud tender. I can’t remember his name but he is the married one with a beard. Some what knowledgeable but, it was busy in there. Felt like no ac but probably had 25 people in there. Thank goodness I had a hat or I would’ve have looked like a sweaty pig. I guess I was just nervous too. Bumped into a grower in line from another dispensary that was weird, maybe some NV law that I don’t know about, and I asked more questions to him than the bud tender while standing in line. I became friends with the grower on Instagram. Gave 5 stars for Quality.........As I got to the counter I got some Shango Wookie....BOOM that was the best bud I have ever had. Besides a moon rock. Highly recommend Shango Wookie. I was a first time buyer so I got free $10 towards anything besides the special of the day I got a VERT strawberry cake. I just about called the shop later when I opened the package there was this film on the bottom of the cake broke into 10-10 gram squares. Thinking to myself is the paper biodegradable? I tried to pell it off but didn’t work it was sticky on the bottom. So I took my pocket knife out and cut the flimissy paper off. First night I took 30 grams nothing? Next day took 70 grams and nothing? I would not recommend the Strawberry VERT cake. I would go again next year in 2021.

I've always liked this place. But the one time I had an issue with a product. I promptly returned it thinking something was wrong and there was just probably an error, the budtender I dealt with just laughed and said there was nothing that could be done and that I should complain to the company. I was shocked and beyond surprised that the dispensary wouldn't want to know if there was a problem with a product. a product that they are selling. I guess it's time for a new place. I won't purchase from a place that doesn't care what they are selling and if it is doing harm to a customer. :(

I was helped by two people; I believe one was in training. The two had a bit of a difficult time understanding what I wanted/needed. In the end I did leave with a few products. We’ll see how satisfied I am after trying them.

Every time I come here I get my questions answered with a smile, even my dumb ones. I can describe my issues or the experience I want to have and get exactly what I need. From, “I want to be catatonic,” to “My back hurts and I have to watch the kids,” they know what I need. Try all the strains your old street dealer used to say you were getting and know you’re getting the best quality, and the real thing. The Dispensary’s purchaser has spoken at several educational seminars I’ve been to. I trust him to bring only the best product to his stores. I can’t say enough good things about the budtenders. Take your time, ask questions, get yourself feeling right.

I have waited all week for the W Vapes specials at this location. The budtender Tyler applied the 500 mg cart pricing to the 1000 mg cart. I was not even aware W Vapes made flavored carts and that's what I ended up with. I seek out the W Vapes brand for taste and quality. The budtender did not tell me it was a flavored cart. I was already replacing W Vape Carts that were leaking. I had picked up two MONSTER MINT BEAST carts. My brother liked it and I did not. I called The Dispensery in Henderson and explained the situation. The employee I spoke with told me to bring it back for exchange since I was with in the 3 day return time and had not opened the cart. I figured they would just exchange the 1000 mg cart for 2 500 mg carts. They would not do that exchange. They wanted to charge me the regular price difference. The budtender apologized and said it was the manager's decision. I now have a 1000 mg W Vape MONSTER MINT BEAST vape cart that I didn't want in the first place. No added flavors wanted for this smoker. I was angry when I heard that and left because the bartender offered no reasonable resolution. The industry is already facing problems with publicity and trust problems concerning carts. I am an advocate for safe and legal marijuana products. Very disappointed in this dispensary. Bad for industry public relations.

My go to dispensary for sure! Everyone is so friendly, always making you feel welcome and remembered. I've also gotten some good suggestions for my mom who is battling Stage 4 breast cancer. Carissa is a sweetheart and knows her sh*t lol :))

I was a loyal customer that only shopped here until today. I bought two full gram cartridges, first one was fine, opened the second one the next week and only got about halfway through it before it was clogged. I kept trying to get it to unclog but it kept burning the oil only and now looks to be a little less than halfway full. Called in the morning and let them know I bought these cartridges within the last 2-3 weeks and it’s clogged. The girl (I think her name was Kayla) said no problem, bring it by today and we’ll switch it out. Stopped by and was told because I bought it over a week ago they won’t replace it. Even though I just opened the second cartridge a few days ago and they already told me they would replace it. Instead, they want me to spend more money and they’ll discount a new cartridge by 25%. So now I’ve wasted money, time, and gas. Definitely not the way to handle this situation.

Noah was my Budtender. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly and inviting. The store is clean and well maintained. Thank you for make my first time a welcomed one!
