I’ve been to several dispensaries here locally and have had mixed experiences. I’ve shopped “The Dispensary” three times. Twice a walk-in and once online ordering. Tonight I used online and have to say the experience was seamless. I’ve tried online ordering with other places only to have my order f#@ked up or it was an impossible task to even place an order. This couldn’t have went any better. Also I’d like to comment on the staff. I didn’t get the names of the two girls working in the lobby. They were super friendly though. The employee who helped me inside was this cute girl named Katie. You can’t miss her. She was happy, helpful, and fun to chat with. I hardly ever write reviews. Sometimes you just got to give credit where credit is due though. You all earned this one. 🤘🏻

First time here, in a hurry picking up a pre-roll. Shannon was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back hopefully with more time to look around.

This was my first visit to the Dispensary. I suffer from rather severe pain from nerve damage to my left foot and leg. Tim, the 'bartender' who helped me was VERY helpful and took the time to explain things to me in a way I was able to understand fully. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I like the customer service and the convenience of this location. Chloe was the cashier that took care of me and made my shopping experience so much more easier. The quality of flower is excellent. I don't like the prices are so high but they have deals on the daily basis!

For awesome staff, great cannabis products, and accessible location, this is my go-to dispensary in the valley. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Criss, an adept budtender, brought me my order quickly and told me about one of the best bud strains. I always enjoy my visit to The Dispensary!

Saw katie tonight who I love! Every bud tender is knowledgeable and personable. The flower and concentrate is always good quality. Love my girl Aubrey too!

Jon was my budtender last time i was here. Cool guy very knowledgeable .The prices are not bad and i get daily text's with deals they have going on. My go to spot.

DELIVERY SERVICE REVIEW -UPDATE-Revised : Coming from someone who I believe myself to be an extremely loyal client I am very disappointed to see that during these tough circumstances that your prices have increased dramatically for your delivery services. However I am unsure if this was due to the cultivators or the dispensary? Or a combo? I hope this is fixed as this used to be one of my favorite dispensary’s. I love the staff here including management, this is all very confusing! Perhaps they will roll out specials once they get a better grip the delivery system? Let’s just hope otherwise it’s way too expensive! I want to support but there’s only so much we can do during a time like this 💙🌈

The staff is excellent and although the store is small it is convenient and clean. The prices are good with sales everyday. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

This place has the worst service in all Henderson and Las Vegas. I had an experience with Kris a tall goofy looking employee that works for you. He took my Id and money and decided to comment on something I said by using profanity towards me. The customer service is bad as it is and now you have employees disrespecting your customers and lying. If you have employees lying then be sure that they will steal from you!!! Owner really needs to look in who they are hiring. This place is like a circus and now Kris makes the act complete. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the staff here is extremely kind and pleasant. Their products are great, their prices are great, and they have an amazing Military discount. Online ordering is super fast and easy, and you can go through the express line for pick-up if it's busy. This is the only dispensary I buy from now! ♥

Love this place. Great flower and wax. A bit pricey though. But somehow I managed to leave a tip everytime... Great dispensary. Excellent Staff and the female budtenders are super cute, ya wont be disappointed. Lol
