The Downtown Dispensary is the best in Tucson, they have a wide selection of buds and edibles staff is friendly and nice. Place is clean, only issue is the small parking lot but it's not a big issue.

Here is a follow up to my last review. The THC/CBD tincture I bought was effective. I called this morning to let them know that an Ilava cartridge I purchased stopped working and they advised me to bring it in. I did so, and they replaced it at no cost. While I was there I brought up the fact that the pre-roll I got from them looked and tasted like leaf. The manager stated that their pre-rolls were rolled from trim. I still find that hard to believe, as it looked and tasted like pure leaf. The manager said they were going to start using shake. Buyer beware. The pre-rolls are worthless.

I'm sitting here taking hits off a bowl of Conspiracy Kush and sliding into relaxation.. Just as smooth as sledding in freshly fallen snow on Mount Lemmon. One of the smoothest transitions ever. A gentle wave of bliss. And then I look at my very last nug, and I'm realizing I need to restock NOW while I can get it. And the ONLY place to get it is at Downtown Dispensary, since it's their organically grown bud. Now. I could just say "Nice place, great people, good meds", and leave it at that. That says it simply and quickly. But every time I visit the Downtown Dispensary I have such a stellar experience. Everyone there is so wonderful about taking their time with me. I want to do them justice by taking my time with them here. They take customer service to a whole other dimension. They have someone there to walk you to and from your car since their parking is in the back of the building. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the gentle wafting scent of the treasures that await. There is a welcoming smile for you when you check in. Love is in the air, or at least peace and happiness. The bud tenders are more than friendly, they are extremely informative and happy to help in every way. They've taught me all about cannabinoids and terpenes, and help me pick the strains that will best target the specific symptoms I am trying to treat. What they don't know they will look up for you. The Downtown Dispensary regularly has many of their batches lab tested for purity and content. Instead of a general range, you can know what the THC and CBD etc. levels actually are. And they can give you a heads up when the current batch of whatever is significantly more or less potent than the last. I've always been impressed with the quality of the flower buds. Always fresh. Always. There's consistently a good selection along the entire spectrum. All the edibles that I've tried have been excellent quality. The prices are good. When you factor in that you get a free pre-roll with every purchase of $20. or more then you realize the prices are excellent, especially considering the quality of both the meds, and the exemplary service. Most of all, the entire staff is AWESOMMMME!

They always have amazing bud as well as killer deals but I want to specifically call out RASHAD! He is one of the most kind and helpful bud tenders I ever met. He deserves a raise!!!

i have tried every place in town and this is by far the most expensive and worst service.. i tried going back one last time to give it a chance and the meds are not very potent, well grown, but not medicating for the super taxed price, they don't want to really help vets at all and have changed their pricing to void discounts.. they used to be better before everyone and everything started to change there. customer services gone down hill so have all the deals. you can get better deals and meds other places...i am sorry i gave it another shot, should of saved my money. won't be back other places offer student and vet discounts at no min price point, and the quality at those places are 2 to 3 times more potent then your meds... change your customer service management if its done by owners or employees, you have gone down hill and will end up loosing money, there is too much competition now.

I have been a patient at The Downtown Dispensary for 2 years now and to be honest the experience just gets better. As a photographer I am constantly in random corners of Arizona and have been to several dispensaries, but this dispensary is different. They remember your name, make you feel warmly welcomed every-time, and if you are in a hurry you can order online which is something I do often. The medicine is always quality, the staff knows what they are doing, and they take care of Veterans. Most recently they have employed security staff that will walk you to your car if you feel unsafe.

My first time visiting, took forever even tho I did an online order and I didn't evem get the discount for ordering online and no new patient deals.

Made an online order. And they left for people ahead of me. Once I went up to ask what was going on they said all we had yours along time ago. Let me see what’s going on. Then no apology no explanation except for that we couldn’t find your product. That means that you could’ve come out and explain that to me and said it was it going to be a little bit longer. But like always at dispensaries customer service Is lacking because were all stoners bro. Thank God that you guys are keeping up the stereotype that stoners are stupid

Picked up some ilava carts from here. Very strong clove taste, get a tingling feeling from it. I called to get an exchange, drove back 60 miles and they wouldnt exchange them. Why the hell didn't they say that over the phone. I threw away $50 on carts, wasted a bunch of time and gas. I will never go back.

My first experience was a pleasant one. Staff is knowledge and I didn't feel rushed. I would definitely go back again.

Not coming back here until I can see the flower again. The Amherst Sour Diesel I bought was gray and had no smell or taste (fungus?) . I wouldn't have bought it if I saw it first. I have previously bought this and it was green and stinky.

DRY BUD. Bought some shelf flower, Jack Flash; DRY. also got a prepackaged eighth of Sour Power OG; you guessed it...DRY. this was in ONE VISIT. I went out of my way to come here. not bothering to do so again
