The Evergreen Market - Auburn

I came here Sunday. I was greeted by an energetic, welcoming girl. I was nervous upon arrival cause I have bad anxiety so i told her I was just looking for now. She told me her name was Sarah and to find her if I needed help. I finally asked for help with dabs, flower, edibles and joints. She was so helpful, patient, caring and understanding. She recommended her favorite strains and man did it help my anxiety. She is my go to budtender from now on. Thank you Sarah. I will be leaving this review on all websites, she handed me a review card and I want you all to know how amazing she is!!!!!! I also love the set up of your store and how lively it is. Wonderful dispensary

Online orders aren't filled until you arrive. Online order is not guaranteed until you arrive to pick up your order. This has happened to me at least 4 times where I placed an order online and when I arrived the item had been sold to someone else and was no longer available. Even though I received a text claiming that my order was complete and ready for pick up I was told that the product was unavailable and there was nothing they could do. The managers look to give any and all excuses but fail to take accountability for the problem. I do not have any issues with online orders at any other cannabis shop. It feels like Evergreen Market does not care about the customer and only about the profit by the way I was basically told "oh well, sorry" every time this occurred. I used to love this shop and now I won't be going back because I don't get treated this way anywhere else.

Just discovered this location for Evergreen Market and it is really nice. So many other shops feel really cramped but this place feels very open and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and gave me full tour of the shop. Nina was super cool and hooked me up with some of NCS's blue dream and I was very impressed with the quality. It's also great to see that tax is already included in the listed price so there is no shock at checkout. If you're looking for a good rec shop south of Seattle this is one of the best.

Worst experience I've had as a customer period. You have to pay in cash (which is weird) so I used their cash machine in the lobby. It did everything it was supposed to for a $300 withdraw except give me any cash. I asked for a manager, who was very rude & uncaring. She guaranteed that her machine did not actually charge my card or there would be a reversal as she had issues with the machine previously. So I said "without looking into this at ALL you will guarantee there is no issue... how?" Her reply was that she had been the manager for a year and she knew what she was talking about. Well hunny, the building hasn't even been open for a year (a few months actually)... and your guarantee was worthless as your machine DID charge my card $300, there is no pending reversal, and the number you gave me to contact the machine operator was bogus. So here's me out $300 and treated rudely to boot. WORST RETAILER PERIOD. Basically STOLE from me and treated me like I had done something wrong. Contemplating calling the police as this cannot be legal.

they need to stop smoking before they come to work this online order line is 7 people long people are leaving they can't find the keys to the display case terrible terrible terrible experience anytime I have to come here. would never recommend

Love these guys. I've been here twice and definitely will be coming back. There's a rec shop that is technically closer but the extra mile or two to visit Evergreen Market is SO WORTH IT. The budtenders are friendly and chill, I love the decor, and the product is quality. I went in there and asked a budtender named Mikey what kind of products they had for my dad who is going through chemotherapy and can't eat or drink much and doesn't want to smoke (but wanted to try cannabis). He suggested some CBD lozenges which I think was a great idea. He also was happy to give suggestions on bud and was well informed on the effects of each strain. The second time I went in, I really appreciated the fact that my budtender let me know WHY certain strains were cheaper (outdoor vs indoor, for example), and was happy to focus his attention on getting me taken care of--without being impatient at all. (especially because I tend to take a while to decide). If I were you, I'd check out the Honey Creek Tour sampler pack, or just go for the Fucking Incredible from Honey Creek Farms. It's super dank! One thing I really appreciated was that they had great strains for prices I could actually afford (I'm sorry but I hate paying insane rec prices...). Some strains were mildly expensive but at least I know I'm not going to get crap weed. All in all...GO HERE! They are super awesome!

I immediately loved the "vibe". I was greeted at the door and given a complete tour by the very knowledgeable, Ray. The ambiance of a very cool hippie den will be a draw as well. Since hippies are eternal each generation has its own version and at EM it's a harmonious blend.

I've been going to the Renton location for about 7 months. I started going to the Auburn location lately since they are closer and opened more recently. Woot! As always, the customer service is excellent. There's usually no wait to get in or to get what you need; and if there is a wait, it's very short. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whether you're looking for something specific or something new, the staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry and will get you on track to enjoying your purchase in no time. As for their selection, they carry a good variety of products that fit just about any budget, whether it be edibles, flower, pipes, etc. Chances are they will have what you're looking for or something close to it at a price you can afford. If you haven't been to the Evergreen Market, you should definitely stop by and say hi! Oh, and be sure to pick up one of their 10 gram prerolls when you do! I know I will! 420 is only a few weeks away! ;)

A little overpriced in comparrision to other retail shops in the area. nice atmosphere, friendly workers that are knowledgeable about there products.

Pretty fancy place but also fancy prices. I haven't been here in a few months. reason why is the price point is just way to high. I used to come here often when they first opened but soon realized this was not the place if you are on a budget. The quality is on point but marked up too much compared to many other places.

Increasingly more satisfied with each visit to this store lately. The addition of concentrates under 20.00 is a big draw for me. I hope they continue to offer a variety of cheaper concentrates in the future. If so, this store will rise to the top of my list. I have always loved the location, product quality, and selection they offer. If I could add on price to this list ongoing, I am so there.

Staff is always friendly and willing to suggest something new or their favorite.

Paul is easily the most helpful and knowledgeable bud tender I’ve ever encountered. I gave him my price range and he turned around and got me the freshest most fire weed. shoutout to him man ill be back for sure
