Security is ridiculous, demanding a printed, physical Missouri card, but accepting a digital facsimile?!? Bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly, making up for the poor security experience. A worthy dispensary.

The welcome was sincere and atmosphere was relaxed and positive.Ashley was a superb Budtender and gladly answered all my questions. Reward system is simple and straightforward, I appreciate that. This is my dispensary from here on out.

Outside my comfort zone going inside the shop , I already had a fav shop ! I notice FW carried a hard to find strain best for treating my PTSD . So w/anxiety and huge dislike for new places / and people that need to ask several personal private questions. I placed online order #1 huge plus ( simple pleasantries pick up & get out ) Figured id never go back even tho service was TOP NOTCH . Two weeks later I see online another hard to find strain again outside my comfort zone, I get sweaty (ptsd) and nervous checking 10x that have my State ID & State Med Card , as I open the door a women walks passed me shaking her head stating "The wait is too long !!!" OMG Im freaking out in my head (ptsd) I asked security if placing order online will help me get out of here faster he confirmed YES - Anxiety went to back to my normal rather than stroking out high (ptsd) Im greeted by a familar smile & the same gentleman that I dealt with last time ( instantly calmer) he professionally and in a quiet tone asks me how the (stating name of strain ) worked for me , impressed he has that info, or took the time to look it up, because its a first me , so is the access I noticed seeing strains I have previously bought this is something the other shops have not had avail for the client/pt to see past purchases and prices pd ****GAME CHANGER for me b/c some strains have made my elements much worse, having spent $$$$ on meds & strains some I never want to try again , A bud tender having a list you previously bought is nice but HAVING MY OWN ACCESS TO STRAINS IVE BOUGHT , its truly a blessing to the patient with so many names on the market these days who can even remember which ones kinda worked , really worked , and ones that sucked so bad you never want to buy again . The atmosphere is still very new to me , lighting is perfect for those like me , service is wonderful , polite , private , welcoming & professional , quality is why I walked in the door , everything i mentioned above is why Im telling everyone i know why this shop is now my only shop ! TFW is clean, a great atmosphere. You’re not being rushed. Bailey, Cassie, and Rusty are nice, knowledgeable and curtious. My only issue is the veterans discount should be right up there with the other dispensaries in town.

security was very helpful and kind! he printed and laminated my card for me! Kirsten sold me 2 honeybee chocolate bars. 1 is peanut pretzel and milk chocolate the other is sticky bun and both are absolutely delicious! I wanna eat the whole thing in one sitting it is so tasty. I spent so much and also birthday so they gave me a free pre roll! and Kirsten was super nice and very helpful and informative of the products. the farmers wife is my favorite dispensary in all of the SW area 😁

This is the best Dispensary in town. Highly knowledgeable staff. Ashley helped us find what we were looking for, and actually knew what she was talking about, she made excellent product recommendations, and both the Lilac Diesel and the Cookie and Chem are exactly the type of strains we were looking for. There is no other place in Springfield with this quality of product or staff, and they also have the best prices I have seen on flower unless you're buying a bag of shake. I'm glad this place is open, they are the only ones that will get my business from here on out.
