First time going to this Flower Bowl, I always go to the location on Michigan Ave.
There is a couple of things right away I like about this location. First thing is, it’s way more spacious than the other one. Second, it’s not located on a dirt road and has a paved parking lot. And, just like the other location, they have a great selection and awesome prices. I’m happy this location opened.
They said they would text me to confirm my order… they texted me at 5:27 and cancelled my order because I missed a call at 5:06. Makes no sense and wasted my time. 0/10. And I can’t even go up there because they close early. And the order even said estimated time 240 minutes… this is a bit unprofessional and doesn’t accommodate the customer.
