Drove 3.5 hours for mmj after placing online order. The gentleman that helped me could not find my order but went inside to rebuild it. (social distancing made everything curbside) The staff were outside taking care of a line of cars very quickly in the rain. Really appreciated the extra effort. It was cold and nasty out today but they took good car eof me and helped me with the only med I use for PTSD. Was worth the drive. (I live in PA but am taking care of relatives in Ohio during the pandemic) Will definitely make the drive again. You guys rock. I can't remember the bud tender's name but he deserves a raise. (he had dreads if that helps.)

I've come here many times and have had an over all good experience. I know what i want so i dont interact with the staff. The wait for pickup isnt to bad even if its a long line, 15 cars or more is about a half hour, a little patience. Now the delivery service is extremely poor. I live 8 miles from them and have been told that is out of the way but they have three counties listed in MI for this service, all 15+ miles away. My first time using it the delivery came the next day first thing. Understandable, i guess, since i placed the order 2 hours before closing. I was told i never confirmed but you get a pass code to place an order and no where does it say you need to confirm. Not in emails or texts You will NOT receive any updates about your order. Tried it a third time just to see and now going on 4 and a half hours. If they are going to charge for this service they need to actually orginize it better. As for the flower its pretty good although the selection is growing smaller. I have had one order from a pickup be wrong as far as the strain i received. I payed 20$ extra for a lesser strain so check your flower if you're doing a curb side pick up here to make sure you are getting what you payed for. The trmming can be a bit better if they want to be top notch. You can get some larger stems once in a while. Its not to bad but if they want to compete with the Ann Arbor dispensers theyll need to up their game. Over all not a bad place but DO NOT USE DELIVERY.

I had to call with a question and ended up being helped by Lena. Her customer service was beyond excellent and she saved me over $100 in specials and deals. Her advice was on point and the products she recommended were exactly what I was looking for. Flower Bowl is always awesome, but today’s interaction was above and beyond. Thank you

The flower bowl is definitely one of the best spots in Michigan I highly recommend top notch flower and wax. and the bud tenders really do care. I come here every time and it's always worth it even if they didnt have what I was looking for I did not leave disappointed one bit. 🔥🔥🔥🌬☁️☁️☁️☁️

Due to Covid there is a line outside to get in so be prepared to wait. Once you get pass that this place is amazing! I would highly recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! There is rarely any wait & if there is , it’s not very long , however they never rush you . Today I had Brandon, & again, I couldn’t be happier. I actually pass 2 other dispensaries to go here , I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for always keeping up your standards

James was my budtender, he was awesome! Very nice and helpful. They were busy so he could have rushed me but he let me look at different items and decide for myself, very great customer service on his end.
