The staff are very personable. Great deals on flower all the time. Wait time can be a little long but well worth it.

It was my first time and everyone was so nice and made me feel really welcome.

the bud was not very decent for their og kush varieties. some of their sativa's seemed pretty decent. overall not impressed with the bud. the service and atmosphere was pretty nice though.

The building took me off guard when I first checked it out but I was very pleased and plan on returning.

This place should know me by name Wayne. They charge me full price on concentrate discount day. I've consistently had to remind them other deals and discounts that they're advertised. The other times I don't say anything and I don't get a preroll as advertised on leafly. Other places are more consistent and don't need reminding. I'm tired of missing out on deals and paying full price. In addition, I was promised a pre-roll and the other person put in the notes that they would get me next time. Well needless to say that never happened. I'm tired of having to ask or remind them to do their jobs.

The customer service was very good. They took their time to educate you on all products.

Won't waste the gas to go back. No selection, no concentrates. They take debit, but charge you to do so. The flower all had the same smell, very poor quality.

This place is terrible I drove 35 minutes one night to get here because it said they close at 10 and then the security guard doesn't let me in because they stop taking orders at 9:55 but it doesn't say that anywhere on their website I'm a pretty upset customer and I will not be coming back here

good customer services fast and respectful

4th time I place an order and then 4 hours later I get a notification that the order has been canceled. No type of contact if there was a problem with order. Sucks you treat your medical patients this way.

I enjoy there cartridges because there great quality and for great prices. Helpful staff always excellent I recommend this place!

Won’t be shopping here again. I placed an online order, they gave me the wrong product and won’t exchange it. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know that this place and their manager Tay, is lacking customer service. Their selection sucks. I’d rather spend my money at Zenleaf, The Good or The Mint.

Idk if this is more the apps fault or the stores, but I put in a mobile hour that took 6 hours to get filled, and it got filled basically right before they closed when I am not close enough to make it there in that time. It was cancelled later but still. It shouldn't take 6 hours to put 2 items in a bag with a receipt on it.
