Very laid back. Like the way strains are laid out on the table to view, tablets with information. First time ive seen containers that look like tins of cat food.

Sky has the best selection of edibles.

Service is TRASH. Explained to a manger what a employee had messed up on and then proceeded to tell me that they didnt mess up. I had suggested to watch the camera, which they replied it’s not worth my time. Deciding to leave I asked for my card back when I was ignored I had grabbed it my self, only to be to scolded saying I can’t do that, well then give me what’s mine and I wouldn’t have to! Unorganized, Needs a better set plan for there busy days!

Being that it is 420 and I understand every dispensary is busy, I would still like to see what is available online prior to making a drive all the way into Mesa. Charlie, the "friendly" receptionist at this location answered the phone and usually receptionist at sky are actually friendly. Charlie is not, she can't handle phone calls and a rush or maybe she can but is very highly unprofessional and outstandingly rude. I called in simply to say that on the sky website no deals, no menu, nothing was appearing to preview and she said "welp sorry to tell you I was just on there and we have a whole store of supplies" obviously I know their dispensary isn't empty on 4/20 I'm just calling in to know what is available, again she says, " well I'm not allowed to take online or phone orders" very rudely (I didn't want a phone order nor online) being as I worked in the industry the menu is a huge part of anyone coming there and should be available to see product. She was so rude I asked to speak with the manager and was told sorry no you can't, I said I'd hold, no I have to keep this line open. Not only is this garbage customer service but it makes me not even want to further my business at a dispensary I normally go to across their other locations. Charlie, if you're reading this manage your professionalism better, just because there's a rush does not mean you can take an aggressive tone with a patient on the phone the nerve you have being in customer service on a medicinal level and you talk in that manner to patients is absolutely unacceptable. I hope the menu returns in hopes that I can preview my purchase before making a drive to their phoenix location where I know I'll be treated better then this.

I went looking for info on vape pen and was completely surprised on how much info my bud tender Tyler has on this way to medicate. With the info I received I decided to purchase a disposable style pen to try. Again I was absolutely impressed with the info received. It is truly helpful....

The staff never lets me down. They're knowlegable of their products and will help any way they can without hesitation.

Everytime I come here the service and selection are excellent. on my most recent visit I was looking to try some edibles and Liz was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. Liz's excitement in helping me was the best service I've ever had at any business.

This place kicked ass. I went in on a Wed and got there Select special with the gummies. It was such a great deal I went twice in the same day! The man helping me out made sure that I got the best bang for my buck with what I wanted. He never tried to "sell" me anything.

This place just canceled my order on leafly and now I can't get ahold of them to find out why I hate all these specials that aren't really specials be careful ordering 😒 Just because they let you order a special here doesn't mean they honor it apparently I can't even get ahold of the store now

The top shelf can be some of the best around! Sometimes there isn't much selection and it can be a bit pricey but they always have some FIRE!! On top of staying up late they get it done right. Pay attention the the deals it will help you afford real medical quality and they rarely run out. Friendly and hood taste. They get me but wish there was a bit more selection of flower for the old school smokers.
