The Flower Shop - Mesa (Med/Rec)

Unfortunately, once the best dispensary in east Mesa - now barely selling its name same product, disappoints for the final time. Much like previous reviews, September first marked a random, UNANNOUNCED dropping of their points system. At almost 1000 points, it is EXTREMELY disappointing to have rewards taken away, when they should have been redeemable. The weeks leading up to the 1st, I visited, made my purchases, and built up my points with NO information of change in policy at any time. Take away the points system all you want and continue to retract from customer loyalty, but give proper and clear warning to changes when your customers have spent so much of their money on your medications - redeem rewards for points lost, and maybe try selling more flower at this “flower” shop

This has long been my #1 favorite dispensary... The staff treats me like a long time friend, almost even like family. Quality product too... but I have to say that many of the recent changes have kept me from coming in as often. More specials on flower would bring me back in more. 😀

Went in today and was told that all of my reward points that I have been saving have been wiped from the system because of a corporate decision. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I'm kinda curious why when leafly says hell's bells is 24.2 % thc, but the canister says 22.7% thc, why is that?🤔

Location was small however that made it more comfortable. Staff was awesome “La” was extremely Knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. Fantastic customer services was provided as soon as I entered!!

Over priced for dry flower. Not a clue how the flower was like dust (after breaking it up) in this nitrogen packaging, but it was.   I shouldn't have to provide moisture for flower that was *just* purchased. Plus, the trichomes stick to the packaging badly. Aside from all that, it was a good experience. Super friendly associates, nice establishment. I don't know if I will shop here again because they're expensive for dry product.

So decided to check out this Dispensary cause I saw that they had dog treats and I have been want to try them out for one of my pups. Its a small place but very clean and the staff are really nice and welcoming. Isabella helped me out.( the one with the gnarly dreds ) She was very knowledgeable, had great customer service and had a great personality too. Not only did she help me out with the dog treats she also help me out with a new flower as well. I am excited to try it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be a repeat customer for sure since it is on the way home from work.

I decided to stop by after having only visited once, 11 months ago - and I'm glad I did! The store allows for low-pressure browsing, with tablets displaying strain info on the adjacent nug samples. Issabella was my assistant, and her infectious laugh and friendly demeanor was welcome. All samples looked nice, and the GS 404 I chose has not disappointed. Taxes are inc. in price, and Isabella even gave me a free pre-roll to offset my debit card fee! Awesome attitudes and the fiery meds guarantee that I'll be here more often!

Really liked how the flower had tablets displaying brief descriptions of each flower. My budtender was really chill and answered all my questions

went in for the first time a couple days ago I love how this place is set up you can leisurely check out all the meds the budtenders are very helpful in recommending strains for your specific needs and the quality is awesome it tastes good smells good smokes good really nothing negative to say about this place definitely will be my go-to spot

Great dispensary with outstanding customer service. As a longtime flower smoker, I was apprehensive about buying/trying vape cartridges instead of my usual preference, as well as a little embarassed about my inexperience with them. My budtender, Taylor, took the time to answer all of my questions on a busy Black Friday morning and reassure me that I wouldn't regret my purchase. Wow! After 20 plus years of strictly smoking flower, without any interest whatsoever in other methods of medicating, I have been completely converted in less than 2 days. That type of major lifestyle change not only speaks volumes about the quality of product that was reccomend, but also towards the importance of having a knowledgom

The problem I have with your shop is that your called the Flower Shop but you never have any flower! Your shop is 8 minutes from my house but I’m forced to travel to a competitor of your because of your lack of product!! I plan to visit again, but with so many options to purchase my medical marijuana if you continue to not carry any inventory I’ll be forced to go somewhere else!!

the canned eaights are 1 star due to them being so Leafy but overall all it gets u high no I won't be back here ever sorry gals
