Won’t be shopping here again. I placed an online order, they gave me the wrong product and won’t exchange it. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know that this place and their manager Tay, is lacking customer service. Their selection sucks. I’d rather spend my money at Zenleaf, The Good or The Mint.

Idk if this is more the apps fault or the stores, but I put in a mobile hour that took 6 hours to get filled, and it got filled basically right before they closed when I am not close enough to make it there in that time. It was cancelled later but still. It shouldn't take 6 hours to put 2 items in a bag with a receipt on it.

It was really easy to order online and pick up. All staff members were very polite and helpful. My sales person was really nice. She was able to answer all of my questions.
