The Flower Shop - Phoenix (Med/Rec)

Was meaning to write this review a couple back but life got in the way. Better late than never though! While I have been to several disps around the Valley, Sky has quickly become my go to. The product and prices are always fantastic, don't think I've been disappointed yet by their stuff. I typically get their CBD sublingual oil, it's become one of my faves. Flower is always on point and their selection of strains is always great. One of the things that really stands out to me, however, is their customer service. This is not say I've had bad experiences at other shops. However, I feel like the Sky personnel truly cares about making sure that you leave with the items that will fit your exact needs. They ask questions, make suggestions, and take time addressing your needs and concerns. That last part is what makes me love them so much; not once have I ever felt rushed or like I was being a burden for asking so many questions. Last time I was there I was checked in by a sweet lady whose name I think was Ida (she had curly hair) and helped out by someone who I believe his name was Vic; as usual the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, check this place out if ya get the chance. You won't regret it.

living over on the west side of Phoenix, I usually don't visit this location. However, seeing their 97*oz wednesday deals, I had to come through !! Ended up having the really awesome budtender Mikaela helping me out, who provided smooth and thoughtful service while I picked out strains. Nug quality's 10x more than what I'd find at curaleaf or local joint. Great spot to check out for dope weekly deals over other locations. Also gave me a free pre with my purchase, big thanks !!!👍🏽😁

Great location, clean beautiful and nice staff. Only complaint is they get my preorder incorrect most of the time so i have to double check before leaving. Or I needed up having to go back.

I use to love coming here. They are with in walking distance to me. Now they have removed their daily deals. Said the have a monthly, which won’t come up to see. Was told today they are discontinuing the $20 1/8 of flower. They are pricy here but with deals I was still willing to come in. Now I have to find a different dispensary and drive to it.

Sky Phoenix is pretty great! The staff is kind, welcoming and helpful. Its in a great location just off the 202 which makes it an easy and quick stop. Sky's meds are good. Scooby and Chronic Thunder are just 2 of my favorites. Their canister packaging does keep the buds nice and fresh for quite some time. Thank you for that! I recommend a visit, for sure!

The quality of service I received can only be described as true PATIENT CARE. An excellent bud tender not only made sure I got the best value possible, but also knew her product info well; in the end she applied different deal combinations to help me save$. Very impressed with your level of customer service, security guys included!! See you soon. This is all on top of arriving at 7:59 at which time was told it’s inventory night and I would not able to purchase anything. You guys rock.

I placed an online order early in the morning for 6 cartridges. Drove across town later in the afternoon to find out every item I ordered was out. They only had gram cartridges but wouldn't honor their sale! They did not cancel my order, nor contact me to let me know. When I asked the guy why I wasn't notified, he said he was too busy. Crappy customer service!! Take your money and business elsewhere!! I did!!

Steven helped me out today and showed me around everything, educated me on some new aspects that I had no clue of, and was just a pleasure to work with.
