The Gallery - Spanaway

I’ve been going there for quite some time now. The people that work there are very very friendly and very informative with the products that they sell. I’ve been going there for sometime and I really enjoy going there every time. Kudos to TheGallery.

Good atmosphere. Everyone is nice and accommodating. The one thing I would like to see changed is the edible selections. I am not certain of edible producers ability to produce higher quality products, but I would like to see healthier edible options. This is especially when speaking about chocolate. There are now many chocolate companies making amazing products with just 3-5 ingredients and minimally processed. So, I would love if the Gallery started to think about that and/or help produce healthier chocolate options. As cannabis is a natural medicine, I am also hoping that the gallery could start making some of their own products with minimal or 0 packaging to aid our environment. Unfortunately, most pollution stems from large large corporations, but it would be great to do our part as gallery consumers in supporting a business that puts the health their customers and planet first. With that said, then Industry is young and I am very happy with the gallery thus far!

Been here 3 times now, great selections and high quality products. Going to be my go-to from now on!

The employees and customers are required to wear face masks. The floor has markers that help people maintain 6' distance between one another plus the store limits the number of customers allowed inside at one time. All great safety measures that I appreciate along with the great products available and the prices are good.

I almost like The Gallery better than the previous place I shopped at. Bigger selection and VERY clean and orderly. All masks everyone spaced out. Pretty nice place. Friendly staff!

You go there again and they don’t have what you love and just got the last time. And they have really old product. You have to put it in a jar with a water pillow for a few days. Certain bud tenders are jerks but the most of them are helpful. And Zips is way way cheaper for the same, sometimes better product if you want to drive into 72nd Street.

They gave me three wrong items. They didn't tell me that they gave me stuff I didn't order so I didn't know till I got home. They wouldn't take them back even though I had the receipt. I googled the stuff they were giving me and it said it was for libido, I said I didn't want that so Josh started yelling to the hole store "hey this guy wants weed that makes you horny!" That's $150 I just spent on stuff I don't want. If they would have just told me they didn't have my stuff I could have gone elsewhere. Worst most humiliating shopping experience ever.

This is a terrific store! I don't usually come here as it is a little out of my way, but I happened to be near and stopped in. I was happily surprised with the service and the atmosphere. Feels super classy and the people are very nice. I will be back for sure.
